My technician was amazing. She was a very qualified tech. She taught me how to turn off the gas for future knowledge and went and bought new parts for the the additional damage. She was top notch in knowledge and was very kind. I am sorry I didn’t write her name down I hope you can look at my service call to confirm her name. She adds value to your corporation. It would have been a 5 if not for your rep Jimmy arguing with me that I didn't have a valid policy that covered the repair in question. finally got it straightened out and all went smoothly after that.

I had a plumbing issue in bathroom sink. I have had McAtee LLC assigned to my home for previous repairs so I was glad it was same company coming again. Issac was assigned to the project. Unfortunately he needed access behind a wall to complete the repair. He was very patient and showed me exactly what his process was. He had to come back 2nd day once I had the area cut for access. He arrived the next day with his tools and completed the work. Being a senior citizen and in a time where customer service is a dying skill I was very impressed with Isaac's positive attitude and his manners. Kudos to Issac I would be pleased to have his service on my future issues.
