HomeServe doesn't fix/repair anything
HomeServe doesn't fix/repair anything. Most issues that are occurring are not covered by their policy. It feels like a waste of time and money.

Home Serve hire contractor that comes…
Home Serve hire contractor that comes ut and do nothing. They sent Texas Quality for a sewage smell and they woud say Home Serve will not pay for that. I have to pay out of pocket and continue to pay Home serve monthly. Texas Quality told Home serve a smoke test was done and they did nothing. Home Serve isn't a plan anyone should use
