Ordered some oak handles for a kitchen refit. Sadly they didn't match the units so have sent back. Handles were great quality and delivered promptly and well packaged.

Finally found the perfect handles

Initial problem with delivery
My initial delivery appeared to be list in transit and Home Up were very prompt in responding and resolving the situation by providing a replacement.

Brilliant customer service
Lovely handles purchased from Home Up Design. When we didn’t receive a pack of screws for one of the sets of handles I emailed them and they quickly sent some out. I was very happy with their brilliant customer service.

Highly recommend!
I had trawled the internet for handles for my new kitchen. When I found Home Up Design I couldn’t decide between six of them, they were all such good designs. So I order one of each! All were excellent quality. I chose one, got a prompt refund for the others with a lovely friendly message from the team, and ordered the required amount of my chosen handle. They arrived quickly and look fab.Great customer service. Highly recommend.
