I love the ease of use on the app
I love the ease of use on the app and the fact that it runs local. It would be an easy 5 star if there were mor US company apps available. Many of the key US home automation retailers are not available.

I am very satisfied with my first Homey…
I am very satisfied with my first Homey Pro (2023). Almost all of my Smart Home devices can be combined by using the 'Flows'. Now I can really say that I'm living in a modern, smart home.
Intuitive and modern !
Really good product. I come from Eedomus+ which I was finding hard to manage with an old interface, and limited in possible connections, forcing me to buy additional Broadlink for IR and RF, a Hue bridge, or even a raspberry to manage looking at Bluetooth presence system…
With Homey, I get a modern and homogeneous interface, I get rid of 3 bridges (reducing power usage), and stopping having to deal with learning strange languages and APIs…
Well not completely for this last point: the Homey Pro 2023 is not able to learn IR or RF signals, so I had to develop myself an app to simulate my RF controler, and it was not so easy !

Endless possibilities for automations in your home and so much fun building the best smart home with graphic user interface. The little experience I have from the customer support is amazing aswell. Would recommend anyone to get a Homey Pro!

Homey har styret alt i mit hjem siden 2018. Vores hus er bygget uden én eneste afbryder, så eneste måde vi kan tænde og slukke lyset på, er gennem Homey'en - og det sker fuldstændig automatisk.
Homey'en styrer alt fra lys, over dørlåsen til hvornår mine planter skal ha' gødning.
Søg evt. på Google efter "dr.dk spastemning", for at se et indslag fra 21 Søndag, hvor jeg fremviste Danmarks måske første 100% Homey styrede hus.
great smart home hub and automations solution
I have used several generations of Homey and Homey pro throughout the years. Hoem Pro 2023 has a great new design but more importantly works very smoothly with standards such as zigbee, zwave, wifi and 433MHz letting me choose from many reasonable priced devices. I also love the advanced flow - that’s what made me stay with the brand.

I got a more than adequate reply on my question/problem. It solved my problem. It gives support to my expectation that my Homey Pro 2023 will further be improved.
Truly smart and great support
The Homey system has great features. As with all electronics there is a hick-up sometimes, but i found they have great customer-support. Which is important if, like me, you fitted a complete smart house with their system.
My first impression with Homey Pro
I recently started with Homey Pro coming from another platform. First look an feel is great. Straight forward structure. Flows are very intuitive (as seen from my starter level). Moreover a fantastic support. So far one try, but very personal and rapid reply with detailed explanation. Solved my issue instantly. Thanks Megan. Looking forward to my further journey with Homey.

Uitstekend en snel geholpen. Na 2 dagen zelf zoeken naar een oplossing waarom mijn homey niet meer werkte ben ik mbv de Athom helpdesk achter gekomen dat het probleem bij het nieuwe KPN modem lag en niet bij de Homey pro.

Hello, first of all I bought a Homey bridge to try everything Homey can do. Some time after trying it, I also bought Homey Pro. I am pleasantly surprised with the functionality of Homey. If you want to build your own smart home, I recommend Homey Pro.

Ik had een 2017 Homey, die was gevallen en viel elke keer uit. Hier over gecommuniceerd met de helpdesk. Ik kon de Homey opsturen en zij zouden kijken weat er mee aan de hand was. Binnen een week kreeg ik een helpdesk medewerker aan de telefoon. Hij bood aan mijn ronde bolletje om te ruilen voor Homey 2023 early. Ik zou alleen het verschil in aanschaf prijs
bijbetalen. Ik ben nu in het bezit van een perfect werkende Homy.

I was surprised by the quick response from support. Got good advice on connecting and setting up wifi. If you experience unstable or no connection to the router, try Wifi/b (lowers the speed to 10Mb/s) on 2.5Ghz network.

Onderstaand de oplossing van de door mij gestelde vraag om Advanced Flows te kunnen starten, aan- en uitzetten, op je telefoon en tablet.
Wanneer je een Advanced Flow handmatig wilt starten heb je een "Start" button nodig, zodat duidelijk is vanaf welk punt begonnen moet worden. Voeg dus allereerst zo'n button toe aan je Advanced Flow.
Als je een Advanced Flow hebt aangemaakt, kun je vervolgens vanuit de app deze Advanced Flow ook opstarten. Open hiervoor de Homey App op je telefoon en open het "Flow" scherm, je zult nu de zojuist aangemaakte Advanced Flow zien in de lijst van beschikbare Flows. Door op de groene "Play" button te tikken zal de Flow gestart worden. Wanneer je lang op de titel van de Flow tikt verschijnt er een menu, waarin de o.a. de Flow kan starten, favoriet kan maken, hernoemen, verplaatsen naar een andere map, uitschakelen en verwijderen.

I bought a Homey Pro a week ago and the included usb-c cable turned out to be defective. I wrote to the support mail-address and I had a response the same day and they replaced the faulty usb-c cable without issue. So all in all great and fast service.

The quick response to support questions and answers are written in a human manner and you can tell that there is due care for customers who use Athom hardware/software.
I suddenly got the error "something went wrong"
I suddenly got the error "something went wrong" and requested Homey for help 4 weeks ago. Still no answer just an automail with info on expect 2-3 weeks waiting time.
Update: 09.11. got help today. There was a software error that took Peter from Homey a few minutes to fix.

Excellent Athom Customer Service.
I Ordered a Homey pro and Bridge for a client installation project. It's my first time working with Homey, so there has been a number of questions that I have sent to Athom customer support regarding general topics and also some urgent technical questions.
I have to say the responses from Peter in particular at Athom has been excellent and very prompt. Always answering all technical aspects of my enquiry plus giving helpful recommendations. At most, in the last month, I have waited about 36 hours for a response, sometimes the response is almost immediate, especially if it was a more urgent technical question and during business hours.
I´m in a completely different tome zone to Europe in South America, so some delays are inevitable considering this. But, I think the response time is very good and extremely helpful and professional.
Yes the automatic ticket response time says 2 weeks and maybe that was the case on rollout earlier in the year. But that is not the reality now, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Athom for ongoing customer support.
