Total fraud. Ordered metal birdhouses. Dimensions not as all as described.. parts missing. Total scam artists. Emailed them I want a refund. Have to mail item back to China at ridiculous postage. Lost out on $118.00. Contacted PayPal hoping they can do something for me

Purchased (2) what were supposed to be Stain Glass style lamps, which pics show to be about 12inches tall glass and metal base lamps showing cord to connect to power on for a discounted price of 49.98 and what I got were two Resin composite lamps 1 6inches tall and 1 about 10inches tall and 3 disk battery operated items. Asked for refund they said fine as long it is within 14 days at my cost, thur USPS mail. Problem is, it's going to cost me more than the $100 I spent to send them back. Never buying from this company again.

Lo mismo que muchas personas, las lámparas son una verdadera basura y efectivamente, solo quieren devolver el 20% y tu pagas los gastos de envío, espero que ésta empresa sea denunciada y muy publicada como fraude muy pronto, para evitar que mas personas pierdan su dinero, que se gana con esfuerzo.

What a deceiving company, ordered a lovely glass electric mushroom lamp as a birthday present.
When it eventually arrived, plastic look alike ,cheap moulding, batteries flat.
Was worth about 5 pounds.Looks terrible, would not have it in my house. A terrible disappointment.
Would not give it to a charity shop.
Going in the bin.

The company advertises stain glass lamps but send cheap plastic ones that do not look at all like the ones on the website. They do not provide return shipping. They said if I returned the items (at my expense) they would credit me 35% of the sales price.

I ordered a stained glass table lamp that looked beautiful in the ad. What I received was a small painted ornament with a battery. I complained and was told they would give me 20% of my money back and I could keep the item. I paid $87 CAD which was supposed to be a half price sale. This would have be good if I got the actual stained glass lamp

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. All of their items are NOT as pictured or described. I am in the process of bringing legal action against them for fraud, theft by deception and false advertising. When given the opportunity to make things right, this company refuses to do so.

Bought a bird feeder that was advertised with a spinning mechanism on the bottom to deter squirrels. I received a cheap feeder worth a couple $ but paid $45. I complained and they were willing to give me a 15% refund and I could keep it. That was about $6 of the $45 I paid. They are a scam!!!!!!!!

This company advertises nice products but the sends much smaller lower quality items. I bought a stained glass table lamp only to receive a plastic child’s nightlight with no return address. They answered my email with their returns policy which was impossible to comply with. My credit card company has refunded the full cost whilst it investigates

Very poor quality. Very poor packaging so the object arrived totally broken. They refused to refund the money. The photos on the internet are much better than the product itself. I will never buy again

I ordered a squirrel proof bird feeder and was sent this cheap piece of crap that looks similar but has none of the features of the one that was advertised. Total scam. I will make sure to check reviews in future before ordering online. This seemed legitimate but was a bait and switch.

I ordered stained glass lamp. What I got was plastic replica. Converting from Us$ to AU this cost is double the price. WARNING DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE.

This company is a joke. I tried to order a birdhouse for my wife for Mothers Day, and of course there was no shipping information and it came 10 days late. The best part is that what we received in no way matched the pictures online. It wasn't even big enough for a hummingbird to fit in (let alone it was about a foot high). I emailed to complain and the return policy said a return address would be given in their reply, but it wasn't. I'm now outside their acceptable window. I really hate being taken advantage of.

They did not send me what they advertised. I can not get in touch with the company to return the item. I think this company is a scam, don't order from them

I ordered a stained glass lamp, but got a cheap plastic battery operated replica of what was on the website. I paid a lot of money for something that looks like you can at the dollar store. I am very disappointed and wished I would have read reviews before purchasing. I know I am not going to get what I paid for this item back after reading these bad reviews. PayPal will be of no help because I did received the item and that is all they care about. I am so upset about being scammed out of my hard earned money.

I placed an order may 21st I don't even have a tracking number, I've sent emails,no response,today is, Monday morning sharp I will be calling pay pal.Pay Pal has great customer service.

In good faith I purchased a copper bird house for my yard, you would assume the charge was for the product seen in the advertisement. No, what I got was a pot stake with a 2"x2" rendition of the product I purchased. It did not come with a receipt or instructions (not that you needed any) only the mailing sticker on a box about 3x3x10. This is a bait and switch situation and very bad for business. The word will spread as disappointments are never kept secret.

I got a failed product, homeyardmart proposed 20% !!! refound from the purchase price. So, losing is: 80% of price + delivery costs

Ordered 2 of the 12" cooking baskets. they are advertised as large enough to feed 6 people - DEFINATELY NOT. they are only 2" in diameter and maybe hold 3 french fries each (skinny ones).
DO NOT BUY anything from these folks VERY DISHONEST and their return policy will cost you more that the actual product. They have a store on AMAZON so avoid it also !!!

This place is a scam. I ordered this veg cylinder thing and hasn’t been delivered over a month! It’s coming from china! Do not shop here.
