I love Honeydew Care! Accutane can be a tedious process especially if you have to go to a physical Doctors office. Being able to do everything online has been so quick and easy. I never worry about anything I can ask as many questions I want to my care assistant and get almost immediate answers. I’ve had such a wonderful experience and my skin has never been better!

Incredible results!!! My care team was kind and very responsive to my concerns and needs - no matter the day or hour, they always responded to my messages promptly. I truly felt like I was in incredible hands and I'm so glad I chose Honeydew.

The care team make it very simple and walk you through each step to obtain any lab work or prescriptions!

Saw this from a Facebook ad. So far I’m 3 months in and the experience has been great. I am not using insurance since they aren’t qualified for Medicaid in my state (KY). However the out of pocket cost for the medication was only $40 through their partner pharmacy. That included delivery to my door. Now it is $80 due to the fact that I’m taking it twice a day (therefore getting 2 medications packs instead of 1).

They’re responsive and everything has been great so far. I would truly recommend this service to anyone instead of being forced to wait 6+ months to see a dermatologist locally.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Kristin. She has been my patient coordinator throughout my journey with Honeydew and she is truly the reason this experience has been so smooth and enjoyable.

No matter how many questions I have, how many times I need clarification, or how often I reach out, she is always patient, kind, and incredibly prompt. I never feel like a burden and I always feel supported. She stays on top of everything and genuinely cares, which is so rare these days.

My provider, Candice Choi, has also been wonderful. She's knowledgeable, listens to my concerns, and has tailored my treatment in a way that has given me amazing results. My skin has improved phenomenally.

But Kristin deserves special recognition because she's been my go-to through it all. She has made me feel seen, comfortable, and taken care of every step of the way. People like her are what make a company stand out. Honeydew is lucky to have her, and I truly believe the level of care she provides is a huge part of what makes Honeydew feel so different from other healthcare experiences.

I would recommend Honeydew to anyone, and a big reason for that is Kristin. She has made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.

I’m on my 6th month of low dose accutane and I can finally feel good about my complexion for the first time since my preteen years…I’m 44. My skin is no longer oily and my pores shrank! I wish I would’ve done this years ago! I didn’t even have to leave my house to get my prescription or go to appointments! It’s all done online! Thank you honeydew for the convenience and confidence!

I’ve had a great experience so far! The care team has walked me thru the process, answered all my questions (and it’s so easy to ask questions thru the chat) and I’ve definitely seen an improvement in my skin.

I started Honeydew because it was becoming difficult to find time to visit my dermatologist for my ongoing skin issues as a full time working mom and was just looking for an easier way to get refills on needed topical prescriptions. I did not expect to receive the level of attention, professionalism and care from an online forum as I did!! The providers and care team are amazing. So responsive and dedicated. I have very sensitive, acne and rash prone skin and if something isn’t working or I am having a flare up, you can immediately share photos and discuss with them instead of waiting to make an appointment to be seen, which if you are like me, you know that is typically when things get way worse. I have nothing but good things to say about Honeydew and their team!

My journey with Honeydew has been top tier. They have been thorough in my assessments and explaining each step of the process. The communication is clear and timely.

After some concerning bloodwork, my doctor even helped me set up a health and diet plan so I could safely take the medication. This transition has resulted in the unexpected side effect of losing over 20 pounds! My skin is clearing and my health is now 10x better than it was when I began this journey. I have had a great experience using Honeydew! From the beginning, their care team has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They take the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and make sure you feel supported throughout the entire process.

Honeydew made dermatologic care so much easier. Logistically, the care team ran like a well-oiled machine, scheduling labs, answering questions, and renewing prescriptions. I just finished a course of low-dose Accutane, and I am more than pleased with the results.

They doctors are super kind and the care team is even better! They all work so hard to fix your skin. I recommend heavily!!!

Honeydew has been so wonderful for my acne journey! My skin got really bad as I hit my 20s, and now it's so clear after being on Accutane for just around a year! The care team and my provider have been so incredible on this journey; I can't recommend Honeydew enough! I'm so happy with my results! :)

Genuinely the only provider/brand/model that has worked for my skin! The care teams are SO friendly, they do check ins every month, and really do their best to find the affordable option. It took about 3 tries to get the right treatment for my skin and they were so good about listening to my needs/feedback etc. I could not recommend them enough!!

I love this company. Customer service has been amazing and the fact that they are making a life changing product (Accutane) more available is wonderful. I’m not sure why anyone struggling with acne wouldn’t use this service. Simple process, effective treatment, and best customer service. Thank you!!!!

After a year of tears, frustration, and trying to navigate my teenage daughter's acne journey, I decided to take a chance on Honeydew rather than going the traditional in office dermatologist route. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions we've made.

From the start, I've been incredibly impressed by the level of care, responsiveness, and support we've received. The entire process has been surprisingly simple and far more convenient than I ever expected. Our doctor was thoughtful and thorough, encouraging us to try an alternative treatment before jumping straight to Accutane. We appreciated that approach and gave it a fair shot. When the results weren't where we hoped they'd be, we moved forward with Accutane, and it has truly been a game changer.

As someone who didn't struggle with acne growing up, this was an entirely new experience for me. While I understand there are far more serious challenges families face, the impact severe acne can have on a young person's confidence is heartbreaking to witness. To my daughter, this was a very big deal, and seeing her regain confidence has been such a gift, not just for her, but for me as her mom.

The main reason I'm writing this review, however, is to recognize our Patient Care Coordinator, Elizabeth V. She has been an absolute gem throughout this process. Her responsiveness is remarkable, often answering questions quickly and thoughtfully, even outside of typical business hours. She consistently makes us feel supported and cared for, and she's always ready to help at a moment's notice.

In fact, we could tell when she was out on PTO. The response times noticeably slowed. That's how much of a difference she makes. If I could convince her to come work for our business, I would in a heartbeat. She's exactly the kind of employee every company hopes to have: the one customers wish they could steal for themselves. 😉

I was a bit apprehensive to try honeydew for my oldest daughter but I didn’t have anywhere to turn to as getting referral from her primary and seeing a dermatologist thru our insurance would had taken a long time. I couldn’t wait as new acne keeps popping up each day. I was delighted to be able to get same day appt to see a dermotogist for her and able to get prescription in 2-3 days. My daughter’s treatment helped clear up a skin prior to her going to prom. It was so joyful and refreshing to see my daughter worrying about her clothes, hair n prom stuff instead of the acne on her face.

I saw how seamless it was that within a couple of days, I enrolled my 2nd daughter on honeydew care journey. We are hoping she will get similar result soon.

We can’t thank you enough for making this available to teen who suffers from acne. And so grateful that the prescription med helped and we could obtain the meds at our local pharmacy.

So sooooo glad I decided to try Honeydew. Everything is so simple, great and fast responses, and i get my medication delivered to me tomorrow. It’s only been maybe a week since starting the process! Really recommend!

Just started 4 months ago. My doctor is really great, any questions are answered within 24 hours, sometimes on the same day. My coordinator replies to my questions super fast. I pay around $64 as a Honeydew subscription fee and around $40–$44 for the medicine (it can be expensive), but for the amount of ease it brings to my life, where everything is online and I just get the medicine shipped to me. it is very helpful for my situation. They also monitor your blood tests regularly, give proper feedback, and comment on things that need to be fixed.

Overall its 100% worth it.
