They are amazing! So much quicker to get into than a dermatologist and way easier to go through the accutane process of labs and monthly updates. I signed up and heard back that same day to get set up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

So easy!! I started Accutane 3 months ago and my face is now flawless. The process has been super simple and affordable. The response time for any questions is typically only minutes! They are so responsive and will walk you through the whole process.
I'm so glad I went through Honeydew. I would recommend this to anyone. I have more confidence and so thankful I went through Honeydew for treatment. :)

Getting accutane through Honeydew has been a convenient way to receive my prescription. I was wary at first to give them a try but with my busy schedule I did anyways, and it was the best thing I did. It was an easy process and the providers are very kind and respond quickly.

I had a great experience with Honeydew. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced for their services. Everyone I came in contact with, from my provider to the staff handling my requests, were super helpful and kind. I highly recommend them!

I’m very happy with my accutane journey with Honeydew. It’s been about 6 months now so far. Prior to enrolling with honeydew, i was working with a local derm which was fine but Honeydew is WAY easier and more convenient for me- they send you a concise message/reminder of your tasks and “to-do” items each month and the website’s dashboard has it on there as well. Messaging the provider/care-coordinator is SO easy and they respond very quickly. Before when i was seeing the local derm, calling the office for appts, issues w prescription, etc. was a PAIN and slow.
They are also real people and so nice, which is so refreshing because i feel some platforms like this are/or at least feels like talking to a bot. Sophia G. and Kaitlynn L. are great!

You do pay a monthly subsciption of $64/month but you have to keep in mind the convenience factor and how important that is to you. A visit to the derm can be an avg copay of $25-$40 each time so if you do the math the subscription isn’t bad in my opinion- i don’t have to take time out of my day to go to the office, pee on a stick for the pregnancy test, wait in the office, etc. it’s kind of like a mini concierge medicine service for accutane. Also with insurance my prescription is only $10 each month. The labs were approx $50 (paid w/ voucher provided by Honeydew) after the second month of treatment which isn’t bad in my opinion since you only do it once. I will get labs drawn again once my treatment is done but plan to use the voucher again. Again, keep in mind this platform is ideal for those who are willing to pay for the advantages of convenience. Or maybe if your health insurance wouldn’t cover this type of appt/service otherwise, this is a great option. I’m loving my skin, have gained so much self confidence, and have not had to sacrifice much time or energy in order to do it!

The nurse practitioner and care coordinator are quick to respond to any questions we have and adjusted things faster than we could have ever gotten anywhere else. We recommend the Honeydew route to anyone we meet who has been struggling with their skin care issues.

Never in my life have I been able to have around the clock access to my care team and a hands on dermatologist that has my best interest in mind. Since finding honeydew I refer everyone to them. My experience has been great, my entire care team is great. I feel seen as well as fully heard since day one. I look forward to continue my journey with them and getting the best results! If you’re looking for a team that truly cares, get with HoneyDew they won’t disappoint AT ALL!

I’ve been using this service for awhile now and have found it very easy to use. The care team is very responsive and always answer any questions I have. There was a billing issue a couple months ago and it was taken care of quickly and professionally. I’ve found the process to be very straightforward and will continue using this service.

I love Honeydew because the care providers are always available! Going on Accutane can be a difficult and sometimes confusing process, but the staff at Honeydew has made this experience so easy. Whenever I have a question, I get a response right away from real people (not AI). I can meet with my dermatologist whenever I want as well. I reccommend Honeydew to everyone!

This is a great site. Doctors are very thorough and helpful. I would highly recommend and trust them with your care.

Despite all of the negative reviews I still gave it a shot. So far I’m only on my second month and so far so good but I have several more months to go due to the fact I have severe acne and it is liable to change but as of now the only complaints I have is I’m not very tech savvy and it was kind of complicated for me to get it started. The medication is helping my acne a lot already and I can’t wait for the day this stuff is completely gone.

Honeydew helped me a lot. My skin cleared in just 15days of starting it and I’m on month 3 now. The health case team is very helpful. They answer to all my messages very fast. Also she takes care of my due dates

As someone who experienced the old way of receiving dermatology care/accutane back in 2017, I can speak to how easy this process with Honeydew has been. I saw an AD on instagram and within a month (besides waiting for iPledge which is ourside their control) I was getting the care I needed. Always had two points of contact for any questions and keeping tabs on my progress. And most importantly is they were willing to listen to my specific situation and work with it. On the cost side same deal compared to my visits and almost in the hundreds I use to have to pay for Accutane through Honeydew was cheap and delivery was fast. Grateful to Honeydew and I wish they had been around sooner!

I'm really happy with my experience so far! My provider and my care coordinator have both been incredibly helpful and responsive. Any questions I have have been answered quickly, and they helped me when I had problems with the onboarding process. I just got my first month delivered and started taking accutane today and I'm looking forward to the outcome!! I recommend it to anyone having difficulty getting a derm
