The care team is very responsive and they really listen to how my son is feeling on the treatment and have been able to make adjustments quickly as needed. It’s been so much more efficient than waiting months for in-office visits.

They sell their clients’ data thus the 1 star. I use the “hide my email” apple feature so that each account I set up online is associated with a unique email that is made up and forwards to my actual email address. I have been a honeydew client for a little over 3 months and received a GLP-1 spam a few days ago to the same email address I have only ever used for Honeydew and iPledge (US gov’t site). Maybe they were hacked or maybe the data was sold by the US govt (nothing would surprise me at this point). But the most logical explanation is that Honeydew sold it - same as MD Live (look up the lawsuit) and all these telehealth companies playing fast and loose with the public’s information. Other than this huge breach of trust, I like Honeydew. They’re responsive and timely and make it easy to stay on track.

So far my experience has been amazing! The instructions are clear and I feel so cared for. Thank you, Honeydew! I’m excited to see my results!

The entire process has been seamless. Communication is excellent. Response time to any questions is insanely fast. When I went to pick up my first prescription from the pharmacy, the price was much higher than I was expecting. After talking with my local pharmacist, I discovered my insurance required a pre approval. I notified Honeydew of the issue and they took care of contacting my insurance company and obtaining the approval with a day. I was super impressed! I’ve been thoroughly satisfied with the service. Overpriced and expensive. Honestly better off getting it from a random website. They say it’s 50$ then they prescribe you more then one day ends up costing like 100$ a month plus 60$ to even have the subscription, plus another 50 for blood tests, then they drag the treatment out for 11 months so you end up paying a accumulative of 1k or more just go to a dermatologist or get it elsewhere if you need it.
