I 100% recommend using honeydew. They are SO fast, helpful, easy, they answer all your questions so quick and they explain everything so good. I have been using honeydew for a month and I have not had one bad experience. Easier than going through an in person dermatologist in my opinion.

I had to suddenly switch to Honeydew when another telehealth provider stopped offering dermatological services in April 2025. The care team at Honeydew immediately got my comprehensive metabolic panel scheduled (and free!) and provider appointment so my treatment would not be interrupted and jeopardize my progress. The team has also been extremely understanding with job/income changes that caused me to have to delay check-up visits and always have worked with me to find cost-effective prescription providers that deliver to or are near me. Any time I have had a question, I can simply pop in the chat and wait until the team working hours for my answer. They are reliable and were very patient with me learning the dashboard UI too. When I have faced serious stressors like my previous provider shutting down and socioeconomical changes, the Honeydew team has been my breath of fresh air, and I cannot recommend them more. This is an amazing company to work with. Prices are great, especially for isotretinoin, customer service is quick and extremely helpful, and the team actually cares about their patients. Don’t look elsewhere. My skin looks great and everything was so easy.

Had acne since 5th grade. I am 37 now. I tried everything but only Honeydew worked for me. Team is very responsive and nice. Monthly e-visit with doctor and accutane very affordable.

Honeydew was a godsend when I couldn't get timely appointments with a local derm for Accutane. It ended up being cheaper with them and dealing with ipledge and getting everything done within that 7 day window has been easy.

I still need to upload progress photos. However, I tried a ton of stuff and different approaches for a random adult, acne flareup that I could not get under control. I went to multiple estheticians and tried a variety of serums, creams, and then a period of using nothing, just try to calm it down. Nothing worked. I had an event coming up and needed help fast. My dermatologist was very patient and listened to my struggles and provided insight that was very helpful. She put together a plan that tackled both acne and rosacea and that was the first time anyone had done that for me. Not going to lie I didn’t quite agree but I trusted her and ended up taking an antibiotic and two creams. The dermatologist said that my skin would be dramatically different in two weeks. I hopefully believed her, and to my surprise, my skin was almost completely clear in one week. I ended up going to the event with so much more confidence and had one of the best times of my life and felt sexy. That would have not been possible without that dermatologist! I work with people face-to-face every day and it was causing so much anxiety and tanked my energy. Now, my skin is clear and I’m not ashamed when I look in the mirror. So thankful for honeydew for coming in at the right moment and being so quick to land an appointment. I do wish getting medication was a little bit quicker. I think it took a week to get it which is isn’t that terrible but the pace of care from honeydew bred the expectation of a quick delivery. So if you’re in a hurry, book the appointment ASAP you won’t regret it!

I’ve been paying for almost three months now and still not on accutane. I thought online would be a little easier and more helpful with my schedule as a full time working mom of 2 littles. It’s not convenient, just take the time and wait at the dermatologist. The amount of wait time and the short windows to get labs/pregnancy test done is very short. If you miss a window, back to waiting to take another test. Either sign up as a man or just go to the actual dermatologist. I’ve been on accutane before so I knew what to expect as a woman and the IPledge abstinence thing. I just want to clear up my acne at 40 and feel a little confident every day. I will note, the nurses and doctor are extremely great and supportive. It’s just the process. If I were to try this again, I’d sign up under my husbands name and secretly take his pictures.

My pregnancy test was received for 5 days and was still not confirmed in iPledge even after messaging to ask for it to be reviewed. I had to change providers completely to avoid missing my window and being locked out. I had everything completed and submitted as instructed and ended up having to pay for an entirely different service, which at least was worth it as they were able to confirm me and send my prescription in time for me to pick it up and not delay my treatment.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Honeydew. Very easy to use and the staff is so helpful. I highly recommend!

I would give negative 100 stars if I could. I have never worked with a worse company in my life. There has been very little communication between the care coordinator and my daughter so this entire process has taken way longer than it would have if we had just gone to the dermatologist. It was far more expensive as well with the amount of money they charge monthly. I do not recommend and advise you go to a dermatologist, you will save money and complete your treatment in a fraction of the time.

So much more stress free than having to pay for in person dermatologist appointments. My care coordinator RoseAnn is the best!!

I requested a refund after making one payment of the required two payments for their Accutane subscription. They said they couldn’t give me a refund through a AI generated email with no further explanation after I called their service #. Their website sucks, it’s super expensive to use this service, and you don’t even get a full dosage of Accutane. It’s cheaper to go to the doctor. I would give it a -10/10 if I could 🤷🏼‍♀️

One of the most cost effective subscriptions I've ever had. I heard about Honeydew through word of mouth, and in just 7 months, my skin went from severe cystic acne to completely clear and perfect. The staff is amazing as well. Thank you Honeydew.

Significantly easier and faster than getting accutane through a derm office. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We're so thankful we found Honeydew for our teenage son. He has been struggling with cystic acne, and we tried all the things. The Honeydew Dermatologist came up with a gameplan and within a week he had started his medication, and we started to see improvement quickly. They do require and monitor bloodwork like a normal in person office would, and they make it easy to get completed. There are also monthly check-in's required, including uploading pictures to monitor progress.
We're halfway through his treatment plan my son's confidence is coming back. The chat feature has been amazing. Our questions are always answered promptly, and they even helped us navigate a bad sunburn.
It's affordable, they accept insurance for the prescription cost, and the care has been top notch.
Don't hesitate to give Honeydew a try.
