I have had a great experience with Honeydew. Their communication is excellent! They listened to my issue and handled my situation with care and empathy. When we encountered an issue with insurance they were quick to help. I can’t recommend Honeydew enough! I truly appreciate how they have helped me calm my psoriatic arthritis. Thank you!

Amazing i recommend this to anyone i see struggle with acne i was so skeptical bc is online but do not worry they walk you through the whole process. Is very affordable and 100% legitimate

No waiting to see a primary care to get a referral into a specialist. Thank you Honeydew for being fantastic.

Huge false advertisement or atleast very misleading. They charge you 64 bucks a month and you have to have 4 months minimum. So you think you get product right no what you pay for is them telling you what products to get. Which they always recommend their survival lit which cost another 120 a month like bro I ain't made of money to spend almost 200 a month on bs I can get for 20 at the store by myself. Then they also want you to pay for a blood draw 2 times so thats another 80 bucks unless you want to pay hundreds of dollars for something you can do yourself for less than 20 dont bother company is such a scam. Also when you try to cancel they give you the speel of how you have to pay 4 months. Take my advice if you are in the same situation just get a new bank card f paying for a service I dont use im so sick of all these companies there are so many like this nowadays

Service is very fast! Process is easy. I got in contact over zoom personally with a derm the same day of applying. Prescriptions get filled within the same day of filling out paperwork. Response time for questions is very fast. Overall love this service and much better experience than in person derm

They are poor at managing iPledge. They could not locate my iPledge account, I have had my number for 20 years. I spent three days attempting to open access for them. A very nice CSA at iPledge explained I had done all that was required by a patient, it was up to the staff at Honey Dew.
I had a hysterectomy in May, 2002 and my health records no longer had it active. I had my doctor make my surgery part of my notes and it was not enough. I am 69 years old, no uterus, no cervix and on HRT. HRT threw a wrench in the works….no effort to get this verified by their staff.
I am not sure if video chat is the way for health care. It is a sour note for me.
Good luck, I do not recommend this site. There are not enough coordinators or they have not been trained. Dr. Spitz sure has thing going on here…PT Barnum once said, “there is a sucker born every minute.”
I hate leaving these kinds of notes. Everyone deserves praise for a job well done or attempting to do a job well. In this case this review is well deserved in poor patient management.

Before honeydew, getting on Accutane through a traditional medical outlet was a total headache and had so many more hoops to jump through. I found that Honeydew was way more accessible and accommodating especially as a student in college. The care team is literally so helpful and responds almost right away. Also you talk to real people and avoid dealing with frustrating ai chatbots so that’s a major plus!

They made this process super easy, explain everything in detail, and at such an affordable price. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Honeydew! I use it for myself and both of my kids, as we all struggle with skin issues. I was initially drawn to the convenience, as we're a busy family and going to a ton of in-person medical appointments just isn't feasible. But the benefits have gone far beyond the convenience. Our Care Coordinator RoseAnn is so attentive, responding to any questions we have lightning fast. She has saved me so much time and stress just by being so helpful! And our provider Janelle Marino is so great, especially with my son, whose acne has caused him a lot of anxiety. It has been a relief to be able to get timely treatment for him from a provider who shows a lot of kindness and empathy too. I truly think Honeydew is worth every penny and am so grateful for how much it's helped my family and me!

Amazing team I have had through the process. Explained everything in detail and answered every question I had. I’m 41 with back acne and never took my shirt off in public for that reason. That’s all changed now and can’t believe how amazing my skin looks. Thank you so much!

The product is amazing and the service I receive from the Honeydew staff is superb!

They said they do not charge until you are prescribed a medication. This is not true, you must pay for their membership to complete sign up. I paid for a 4 month membership at sign up. I was not able to use it and called their customer support to see if I could get a refund if I canceled. They said yes and to cancel through the dashboard and email the address they gave me for the refund. I did not receive any services, have an appointment, or get a prescription. I followed their instructions. They are now saying their customer service is not able to say if they give refunds and they are keeping my money because I was in the "waiting" period, the 30 days before you have an appointment. That would be like if you scheduled a doctor's appointment for a month in the future and canceled it and they charged you a couple hundred dollars because you had already had the privilege of waiting a couple weeks, that after a couple more weeks would lead to a doctor's appointment. Absurd. Predatory advertising and sign-up.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Honeydew. I initially signed up for Accutane treatment, but there was a significant lack of follow-up and continuity of care. The last meaningful outreach I received was in April, and I was left for months without appropriate follow-up or access to the medication I was paying to receive care for.

Despite this, monthly membership fees continued to be charged. What is especially frustrating is that these payments were made using HSA funds for healthcare services that, in my experience, were not actually being provided during that period.

When I contacted Honeydew requesting a refund, they acknowledged the situation but only offered a partial refund rather than reimbursing me for the full period in which I was not receiving treatment or follow-up.

The staff I communicated with were polite, but the overall experience left me feeling that there was very little accountability for the lapse in care. If you are considering Honeydew, I would recommend paying close attention to your billing and making sure you are actually receiving the ongoing follow-up and treatment you are being charged for.

For those who don't have time to see a dermatologist in-person, honeydew is a great option! So convenient and they can ship products directly to you which is a major plus. I have no complaints!

Amazing! I'm 48 and have been to many dermatologists over many years. Nothing has made my skin clear until starting this low dose of Isotretinoin. I wish I had this many years ago, but am very happy to have it now. Going through Honeydew has made it all really simple, especially coordinating all the requirements for the iPledge program and pharmacy. I use my insurance and the price is very reasonable. I believe it would be more expensive and much more of a hassle if I went in person to a dermatologist office.
The provider and the coordinator have been super nice and helpful. The website clearly guides you through any steps you need to take. I love the progress tracking. You upload photos each month and it's satisfying to see the progression over time. You also see a gauge of how close you are to meeting the total accumulated target dose. I'm ~10 months in to the treatment.
Honestly, I don't have anything bad to say and I'm very happy to have found this service.

It was actually really great timing when I found honeydew because my acne was terrible, I had big cysts and smaller ones on my cheeks and using all these other products made it go away temporarily. My sister in law had used Accutane previously so I thought ok last resort let’s go with it and it actually started when I saw people making reviews and videos about Accutane with honeydew. I was skeptical at first because essentially everything would be online but I started the process and I’m 2-3 months in and my face looks dramatically more smooth and different than before. They really do work with you and the replies are quick. Aside from the blood tests and the pregnancy tests and the amount I pay for it I really do think it’s affordable and it worked for me.

Honeydew has been a complete game changer for me .. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is struggling or needs help finding a derm who will listen & assist you with your needs not to mention they also help with other things. They follow up regularly, you get to talk to your derm directly anytime an it’s very affordable..

Simple process, and awesome results.
