Honeydew has been incredible during my skin care journey. I started with Apostrophe and when they quickly closed, I shifted to Honeydew and it’s been a wonderful experience. They are always on top of it with communication, making sure my medication is sent timely and are ALWAYS available when I have a question or concern. Going through skin issues can’t make you feel like you’re at your worst but Honeydew truly supports you.

My experience with Honeydew has been 10/10. Talking to the providers has been easy, and getting my prescription has also been easy. I’m so glad I decided to go on Accutane, and I feel like I can actually live my life now. I would recommend Honeydew Care if you are struggling with acne. It is fairly priced and so worth it.

The response and the assistance honey dew provides is amazing and exactly what I needed! I work crazy hours and this site has provided me amazing one on one MD care and care coordinator to help with everything that comes confusing with iPledge and medication management.

The convenience of home delivery, online chat support, and online check-ins made this experience very straightforward and easy. There were three in-person lab visits required (two before and one after), but other than that, everything could be completed at home, including home pregnancy tests and submitting photos. It was very convenient and worth the cost for that alone! My daughter's skin looks amazing, and the providers were very receptive to using a low-mid dose throughout treatment to minimize symptoms. Highly recommend!

I’m completely new to this experience, and honestly, I was so nervous at first. There were quite a few things I had to complete, and seeing everything at once felt a little overwhelming. I even found myself thinking, “Okay… you’ve got this!”

I was honestly prepared to go back to an in-person dermatologist and take time off work just to have everything done for me. But I’m SO glad I gave this a try!

The entire process was incredibly smooth. Every step was explained clearly, and I truly felt like I was being guided through everything instead of having to figure it out on my own. For someone who was initially intimidated by the whole process, I was genuinely impressed by how easy and convenient everything was.

And the fact that I didn’t have to take time off work or sit in a dermatologist’s office made the experience even better!

I’m so happy I decided to give this a try, and I’m already so impressed with my experience. Thank you for making something that initially felt overwhelming feel so simple and stress-free!

I am trying to obtain my first prescription and I am quite irritated with this service. I have spent quite a bit of time and money getting the appropriate testing done and paying the fees for this service. My question is: what incentivizes Honeydew's providers to provide timely service? Nothing, evidently, but they will happily take your money! I will have paid 3 monthly fees ($192!) on top of $100 for testing BEFORE EVEN OBTAINING MY FIRST PRESCRIPTION because my provider is not responsive to my care team and the ipledge lockout window extends the wait even further. This supposedly easy service has been nothing but a hassle and a money vacuum and, once again, I haven't even received my first prescription. What gives?

Edit: Honeydew reached out to me and promptly switched providers to someone who is more responsive and I was finally able to obtain my first prescription. Wonderful service on the part of the larger company and my care team (shoutout to my care team coordinator Brenna!), but please take note of the fact that the provider you get will either make or break your experience with this company.

Ive been using Honeydew for about a month now and the experience has been awesome! Everyone is so caring and my care coordinator Kiani has helped so much with answering my questions and always responding super fast. Very grateful to have found Honeydew and I would definitely reccomend to anyone who has any skin issues that they would like to resolve.

Honeydew has been a super positive experience and made acne treatment much easier than it may have been if I pursued more traditional routes. Online check-ins and prescriptions made Accutane feel accessible as a busy student. Can't thank them enough! Big kudos to Holly and PA Sophia Gevoy for being so lovely during my time with Honeydew experience.

I wanted this to work, but the experience left me frustrated. The online app was confusing and complicated to navigate, it wasn't clear what steps needed to happen or when, and the iPledge instructions in particular weren't explained clearly.

The bigger issue was the timeline: it took a full month after my bloodwork just to hear back, and then I was told I needed to redo the bloodwork again. On top of that, I was charged for a membership and offered various products to purchase, but never actually received the Accutane prescription I signed up for in the first place.

At that point, it just wasn't worth continuing. If you're looking for a straightforward path to Accutane specifically, this wasn't it for me.

I was so nervous to try Accutane. I put it off for years. Plus….. getting in with a dermatologist takes forever! I’m so glad I found Honeydew. The support has been amazing and I feel very well cared for. I’m a medical provider myself and I’ve actually been pointing my patients toward Honeydew for skin care too!

I just started using honeydew this June and so far the process is going very smoothly. I am being prescribed isotretenoin and I am actually starting to see some improvement! Also the chat admin always responds asap about any questions, updates, and concerns I really love that especially since it’s my first time one isotretenoin.

These guys are amazing! Could not get into a dermatologist for six months! Absolutely ridiculous. Found this service and it has been a total game changer. The follow ups are easy set up is easy and the Customer Care is top-notch. Love it and look forward to using the service for more skin care items in the future. XOXO.
