Highly recommend!! Everyone on my dermatology team was wonderful. Very responsive to messages/questions/concerns. I was struggling with painful and embarrassing adult acne. My skin looks great now and my self esteem is so much better. I feel confident that I can maintain my results following the individualized regime they recommended and would have no hesitation in reaching back out to them should the need arise.

The providers are so responsive, the care is fast and relatively inexpensive. Also, you aren't just getting AI responses, you get real care coordinators that are so kind and respectful.

Honeydew scammed me into spending hundreds on blood work. When I first signed up I was told I would only need to do blood work once or twice. Each blood draw cost me about $300. I'm very rural and healthcare is very expensive. I'm also uninsured so this is cash pay. Once the program started my dashboard kept saying I needed to do monthly blood work so I went in and did it. After finally complaining that I was having to do blood work monthly and it was costing me too much. They looked at it and said I didn't need to do any. A waste of hundreds of dollars for 3 months extra of blood work that I didn't need to do. Question everything if you sign up for this program especially if it's a charge.
Definitely a money grab and they don't care.

I’ve overall been having a great experience using honeydew. It’s definitely nerve racking doing all this online but every time I get confused -which has been rare- they are soo helpful and responsive. Anytime I have any concerns I get immediate reply’s to fix the solution. I had also called about something super late in the day about a purchase mistake I made and the lady over the phone was so so kind and helpful it made my night. Really love this company!!

They seemed to have a solution for all of my questions and concerns - even finding me solutions for the cost to help me obtain treatment. Honeydew literally changed my life. Went from oily terrible skin with new pimples almost every day to completely clear skin within a couple of months. I haven’t had oil/acne in the past 6 months now and my skin is glowing and has had the chance to finally heal. My care team has been nothing but helpful and understanding. They answer all my question. So far I've only physically met my doctor once, but she always give me a detailed response to my photos and answer all of my questions.

The initial process was simple. Care team very personalized and responsive. Have not experienced any hiccups. Would recommend to others.

Everything has been great up until now. My son has been out of his medication for four or five days. Because initially Honeydew filled it. Reversed it then took two days to get it to colonial drug who said they kept not receiving it. So we had the doctor send it to a new pharmacy and forgot to send the ipledge with it. And then the holiday weekend came if I could give you a minus I would at this point.

My experience was a 10/10!! I HIGHLY recommend! They were always there when I had any kind of questions and they answered very fast. The whole process was easier than going through a dermatologist office and for me it was a lot cheaper than going to an office. It was easy to navigate as well. My skin has never looked this good and I am very happy with my results. This is my second time on accutane and I had a better experience here than I did through an office. Everyone is so nice and they care about your wants and needs and does their best to help you any way possible.

I’m so glad I found Honeydew! Getting into dermatologist takes months and I was able to get scheduled the same week I requested a visit. My dermatologist was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had to submit photos of my skin and she was able to see what was going on. She helped me apply for Icotyde, a new oral medication for psoriasis. She answered my questions and concerns. It took about a month for the oral medication to arrive from my first appointment. However, I was prescribed a topical for my face and that came from their compounding pharmacy and turn around time was about a week. I’ve been really happy with their messaging system and support. They always answer me quickly and are so kind.

Was a super easy process, I am completely acne free. I highly recommend as an online option to start your accutane journey!

The doctors are great and very responsive. I started my journey January, 6 months later all of my acne problems went away, no new acne either!

My treatment so far with Honeydew has been great! My provider and care coordinator have been nothing short of amazing. My care coordinator, Kaiti, followed up with me to ensure that I received my prescriptions just in case she needed to reach out to the pharmacy on my behalf. Talk about top tier service!
