Ringeknappen setter seg fast når noen ringer på og tipper at trafo eller klokken har gått istykker dvs den virket kun en kort stund. Jeg velger å kjøpe alt pånytt og installere og tips er vist å ha olje på ringeknappen. Produktet er nok bra, men ringeknappen setter seg fast hele tiden dvs den korte tiden det fungerte og hva som er feil ? tipper ringe enheten er istykker eller trafo ? Skuffet over produktet, JA. Hvorfor jeg velger er at jeg kan se hvor alle ledninger skal monteres og ikke ny hull i veggene.

I have no problem with Honeywell…

I have no problem with Honeywell products and I do understand that things fail. What I do have a problem with is being put through supplying all the requirements for a valid warranty claim and then being ignored while my basement humidity is rising because the 3 year old (5 year warranty) dehumidifier has failed. All documentation, photos and proof of purchase have been supplied.

ZERO STARS for customer service online & MORE

ZERO STARS for customer service online, the warranty and the product itself. After 3.5 years use on a new construction home the lower level thermostat is not working-black screen however, the thermostat that communicates with up stairs is working just fine. The Resideo App states the black screen non-working thermostat states it is off line. After checking the breakers, modem for the WiFi, and making several calls to the electrician business posted on the thermostat I am still waiting for a call back 3 hours later. I went to LOWES to purchase a new unit for $99. I removed the old thermostat and popped in the new and LOW & BEHOLD the air-condition and heating is working. The old thermostat chip must be broken-it is still under warranty for a total of 5 years. Customer service would not honor the Warranty because, I could not give him reading on a voltage of the old broken thermostat even after telling him how we checked everything else. It is clear to me the game is one of pointing the finger and is the purpose of the trouble shooting process the customer service rep.

Honeywell customer service is Trash

I called Honeywell for advice on a strange quirk our Honeywell home security keypad is doing as of last week.
Honeywell no longer supports their home security products for private owners. They have a company they refer contractors and dealers to. Private homeowners are dismissed.
It’s likely I will avoid purchasing any Honeywell products going forward

104 degrees out and heat comes on.

In middle of heat wave 104 degrees heat comes on. I had to call 911 police did not know what to do. Called my HVAC he will come tomorrow. He did not know what to do. I shut down whole system. Got new AC heater and thermostat Nov 2023 then their assistance you have to give credit card number. Do not buy Honeywell. Terrible product and customer service

Honeywell products and customer svc the WORST

My apartment complex installed Honeywell Home thermostats in all the apartments. My thermostat is set to cool and auto and no matter what I set the temperature to, I cannot get the fan to go off - even if I set the mode to off. I’ve put in two work orders with them and they just closed the work order saying the problem has been resolved without even contacting me. I’ve been on hold with them right now for 30 minutes without anyone answering. I will continue to hold, but this is the most frustrating experience I can imagine. If you are thinking of installing a smart thermostat, do yourself a favor and AVOID Honeywell products

Reklamation afvist. Ikke produktionsfejl, men dårlig kvalitet.

Honeywell Howard Light høreværn til 2500 kroner holdt mindre end ét år, og jeg passede på det.
Havde forventet mere for et høreværn til den høje pris.

Antennen blev langsomt slidt, da denne kunne bevæge sige fra side til side (360 grader), og plastikken/gummiet i bunden derfor gik i stykker.

Der udover så er der plastikbeslag, der knækker for et godt ord. Har før haft det samme type høreværn, men der blev det heldigvis ombyttet.

Reklamation afvist, da det ikke er en produktionsfejl ifølge firmaet, men bare dårlig kvalitet fra starten af.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY

This company had a good reputation for good products. I purchased a dehumidifier for my basement and within warranty period it quit working and showed an error code on display that when I called customer service, I was told was a freon leak and was covered and someone would reply withing 2 - 3 days. I did not hear back and over 2 week period I tried calling and writing 5 times, they wrote me telling me because I purchased over internet store, they would not honor warranty. Just about everyone buys on internet would not buy from this company has poor customer service.

Thermostaat DTS92A gaat te snel stuk

Binnen 2 maanden tijd werken 2 van mijn DTS92A thermostaten niet meer (5 jaar oud). Scherm blijft zwart, ook na nieuwe batterijen. Mailcontact met Resideo levert niets op, een standaard mail antwoord niet toegespitst op mijn vragen, ook niet na nogmaals vragen om verduidelijking. Wordt een duur systeem zo als ik iedere 5 jaar de thermostaten moet vervangen.

Honeywell / No Customer Service

I have been trying to get Honeywell Lightning to honor a warranty claim for two LED outdoor lights that quit working not long after I purchased them. I purchased them in February of 2023 and by October 2023 neither of them were working properly. The lights came with a 5 year warranty which I filed a claim but after numerous attempts with multiple customer service representatives from Honeywell nothing has been done after almost 6 months. I have given up and wouldn't waste my money on Honeywell products as they have proven themselves as untrustworthy and don't honor the warranty on products they sell.

No Service Protocol and Lack of Interest

After 8 weeks of contacting various Honeywell locations to obtain a quotation for a metal foam cylinder with an official part number and images they still cannot identify the item! The company is too big with too many people not willing to help even though more than enough information is supplied. I have
worked in industrial sales for 20 years and never had such an issue. Nobody will contact me as they just do not care - appalling service & no response.

I ordered a Honeywell desk fan

I ordered a Honeywell desk fan. After receiving it, I noticed it was made in China. Because China is a communist country with plans to possibly invade Taiwan, I immediately returned the fan. I have quit buying anything imported to the US that's made in China. My four grown children are doing the same. We encourage everyone we know and meet to boycott American companies that have their products made in China! Sorry Honeywell!

Faulty product. Don’t get a Honeywell thermostat

Don’t get a Honeywell thermostat. I started having problems with mine within a year of having it. The thermostat would turn itself back on after being switched off and on several occasions I found the heating on in the morning. Despite being within the warranty the fitter who I am insured with tested it and I was told it was ok. It’s been hit and miss and got progressively worse since and I am now out of the warranty and being told I have to pay for a new thermostat.

Honeywell T6 geen aanrader….

Instabiel, verliest vaak wifi verbinding en de app is veel te ingewikkeld als je verbinding weer probeert te herstellen. Daarbij alle stappen die je moet volgen om de boel weer online te krijgen kosten je veel tijd. Vaak lukt het ook niet in één keer. Om er achter te komen dat de wifi verbinding er in de ochtend alweer uit ligt. Ben je op zoek naar een slimme thermostaat? Sla deze dan over.

Not a Smart Thermostat if the settings don’t work!

I have the Honeywell T10 thermostat that I got professionally installed about a year ago. I read several reviews and it was recommended by 2 HVAC technicians. Within the past few months the thermostat has been just awful. It is suppose to be a smart thermostat but it’s useless since the doesn’t work as programmed. First it was the Geofence that wasn’t working properly. I called customer service and it appears that it is now fixed. The problem now is that I have the thermostat set to sleep temperatures since I don’t want it hot when I am sleeping. I notice the sleep setting start before I go to bed but during the night (not sure when since I am asleep), the thermostat starts heating the house and I am awakened because it is too warm. It’s gotten to the point that I have to sleep with the thermostat off because it continuously heats up the house at night and gets too warm! Pretty much useless! I’ve called customer service several times and every rep I get tells me to do something else with the programming yet nothing works! I took screenshots to show proof of the sleep settings and the thermostat heating while on the sleep setting.

This is for their customer service... zero stars. Rude rude, and extremely rude. Also, can't understand anything they say. And when you say excuse me, could you repeat that? They get even worse. I called twice because the first one was so cocci. 2nd, not quite as bad...
