Vijf jaar geleden heb ik een EVO Home systeem aangeschaft met op elke radiator een Thermostaatknp HR92.
Vandaag heeft al een tweede Thermostaat het af laten weten. (kost me weer 88 euro)
Bij het plaatsen van een hybride warmtepomp bleek het systeem niet te werken.
Het heeft even geduurd voordat de installateur erachter kwam dat er naast de pomp een,
Bleek er een speciaal kastje moest komen te hangen die het systeem kon laten samenwerken met de pomp

Je moet dan eerst je mobiele helemaal uitzetten, dan weer aanzetten om vervolgens weer je hele emailadres met wachtwoord in re vullen.

1. no USB cable provided, despite their corporate youtube assuring it was. Found an old Kindle cable that works.
2. Device not recognised by PC - possibly a firmware issue, need an old USB 2.0 port. Dug out old pc still not working. Tried a different cable still not working.
3. Contacted Honeywell support. They put you through to a paid service "only £1, fully refundable" - charged £24.00 to fix a Honeywell issue on a device costing £57.00. I didnt pay for the expert - returned the product.

Can I just leave a zero star? DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. I was left with a defective heater in 12 degree weather. Went on for 10 minutes & never worked again. I contacted them Wednesday before Thanksgiving. No one returned my messages. Sent them emails on same day. Got a form email with contact information. Emailed them. No response.

Moet er niks stuk gaan. Bij ons ging na 2 jaar een print van een zoneregelaar (HCE 80) vloerverwarming stuk. Instalateur hoopte omdat het net na 2 jaar stuk ging, dat we eigenlijk wel een beetje recht hadden op coulance. Hij zou het aanvragen. Helaas niks...ja rekening van 670 euro om hem te vervangen. Hopelijk gaan er verder niet meer printplaatjes op zo'n korte termijn stuk.
Honeywell... mooi spul maar ik twijfel nu wel aan de levensduur.

the house came with a honeyewll 6820 alarm system. The alarm came on in the middle of night waking up everyone in the house saying a low battery. Simple enough right? looked at the manual.. literally all it says is you need to replace the battery when this alert came up. okay.. took it off the wall and took off the front panel.. Don't see any accessble location where I can see the battery. When calling the support line expecting some instructions on where to locate the battery. Asked me if I was the homeowner or a professional. Homeowner. I was told they won't speak to me since I'm not a professional. Really? this is what I can expect for their customer? just no, we won't talk to you, bye.

The boiler works fine but we are now on our third CM927 thermostatic controller in 10 years. They are so shit, the third one the screen is going again and you can't change the temp on the controll. Given that these things cost almost £300 and you need one i will never buy another Honeywell boiler!
T6R Smart thermostat -rubbish!
We had 6 Honeywell T6R Smart thermostats installed approximately 3 years ago. Gradually the LCD display has disappeared so that now three are totally unusable, the others are going the same way.
Resideo customer services who deal with UK customers are most unhelpful and disinterested. Replacements are between £179 - £199 each. I think this is disgraceful for such a poor product

Geen hulp bij gebruik Evohome met warmtepomp
Ik gebruik al een paar jaar het Evohome systeem. Honeywell adverteert nu dat deze nu ook geschikt is voor een warmtepomp. Onlangs heb ik een warmtepomp laten installeren, maar ik krijg het niet voor elkaar deze lekker te laten samenwerken met mijn evohome systeem. Ik heb advies gevraagd hoe ik dat kan verbeteren, maar Honeywell/Resideo geven niet thuis. Ik moet maar hulp inroepen van een installateur.
Honeywell Support is garbage
Honeywell Support is garbage. YOU are the support. All they do is try to troubleshoot your product with you and then tell you to get your own technician if the problem can’t be resolved over the phone. A warranty for moral support is not what I imagined I’d receive from a company I trusted in my home. I will never own another Honeywell product.
