Absolutely love Hope & Ivy!
The dress is absolutely fantastic. I love the cut, the print, and how beautifully it fits. It feels so comfortable and elegant at the same time, making it perfect as a wedding guest outfit but also versatile enough to wear for any other occasion.
I ended up ordering two sizes to find my perfect fit and had to return one. The customer service team was exceptional. They responded to my query almost immediately, helped me through the return process with genuine care, and processed my refund so quickly. It’s rare these days to experience such friendly, efficient, and thoughtful service. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
I highly recommend Hope & Ivy for their beautiful designs and for the people behind them who made my shopping experience so seamless and enjoyable. I already got my eye on yet another dress :)

Ordered four dresses loved them all, beautiful fits but one arrived with a broken zip, customer service from Bettina fantastic, swift and personable. Did I need 3 dresses nope, did I keep them all and order another via asos yes! Very rare to find such perfect fits for my figure (postpartum tummy, size 14, 34HH chest, 5’2” height) the size 16 fit perfectly, the 18 perfect for my chest and roomy elsewhere and a size 20 because that was the only remaining stock and I can wear very loose, loved them all!

I found ordering very easy and my Nesta dress arrived today. It’s absolutely beautiful, fits perfectly and I can’t wait to wear it! Hope & Ivy replied to my emails promptly and their customer support team was very supportive.

I bought The Kate dress from Hope & Ivy and couldn’t be happier! The dress itself is absolutely stunning — beautifully made, a perfect fit, and such a great length even for me at 5ft 10 (which is rare to find). Shipping was really fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. I also had a small query and the customer service team were super speedy and genuinely lovely to deal with. Overall, I’m so impressed and will definitely be shopping with Hope & Ivy again.

Awful returns process. After contacting customer service I am informed my return was received to the warehouse on 22.07 and yet I am still waiting for my refund and it’s 13.08.
Policy is 10 working days to process a refund and yet it’s been 16 working days and yet still no refund. How dare this company just keep people’s money.
I will never ever order from them again which is a shame as I do like their dresses but customer service and returns process is the pits.

I have just ordered my second item from this company. Both times Bettina in customer services has been amazing. I must admit I was initially put off by the lack of advertised phone number, but she responded within a few hours each time to my email queries and went above and beyond to help out.

Dresses are gorgeous - some of the styles from my first order didn't suit and had to go back, but I have had sooooo many compliments from the one I have kept (The Alina). The Emily is now on her way.

Highly recommend this company and their products, Good balance of design, price point and I love the fact that (the ones I have bought anyway) they can be washed at 30!! My daughter put me onto House of CB, but I quickly decided against on both price point and also who wants to dry clean stuff if you don't have to?! Searching for something similar I found Hope & Ivy. Glad I did.

Awful quality for the price. The dress was £100 and made from nasty shiny polyester. Can get much better on the high street for a fraction of the price.

Bought a beautiful dress for my best friend's daughters wedding. We had wonderful day only to see several Hope and Ivy dresses but not one duplicate.
Great fabric , great fit and will definitely again.

I only discovered Hope & Ivy recently and placed a couple of orders. The Kate dress is absolutely stunning, she is perfect for the occasion I purchased her for and I cannot wait to show her off. Being taller I was worried she may be short on me but she’s just perfect. I placed another order for Tillie & Georgia and what another truely stunning set. I am wearing her for a family party next weekend and cannot wait. All 3 items I am positive will get lots of compliments. Thank you for making it so much easier for me now to find the perfect high quality outfits.

I absolutely love their dresses, they are so beautifully designed. I’m a 14/16 so I ordered the Erica Dress in a 16 as there were no 14s available. It was slightly too big and I noticed that the style dress was in three different patterns, the Erica, the Emily and the Meredith, all stunning. I registered interest to be notified when they were in stock but with a small timeframe to find a wedding guest dress, I contacted Ivy & Hope to ask how long it may be until they have more available. The lovely lady that answered my email had found a supplier for me, a boutique about two hours away but I was able to get it delivered. I am obsessed with their dresses and they fit so well (considering I’m always between sizes and struggle to find the right style usually). I am beyond grateful for their help in finding the perfect dress for my cousin’s wedding next month and I will be using them as my go to for all events now! Not to mention they have a William Morris collection which is absolute perfection! ASOS and Simply Be also stock them and little boutiques dotted around which helps with the popular designs. I cannot wait to wear the Meredith dress!

I spent months trying to find a dress for my dad’s wedding (I’m very fussy!) and I’m SO happy with my dress from Hope & Ivy! The pattern, quality and fit is perfect, thank you so so much!!!

Beautiful dress, really cant fault it and would absolutely buy from here again. Definitely unique for special occasions. Had to order a second one as the first was too big. The wait time for a refund needs to be a little better, although terms and conditions are clear. Just feels a long wait.
Will happily shop here again.

Purchased two dresses in two separate orders, both in the same size. One dress was far too small in the bust and the other dress was too large. There doesn’t appear to be any sizing consistency between styles. I also felt the price was too high for what are essentially polyester dresses and the quality did not warrant the cost at all. Really disappointing given how beautiful the styles look online. The next headache was the returns process. I had to wait a really unreasonable amount of time for my returns to be processed. I contacted customer services to check my return had been received after a while had passed and was told it had been received back into the warehouse just 2 days after I had posted it - but two weeks later it had still not been processed. I was politely asked to wait the 10 working days from this point before contacting them again, which I did once this time also passed. It was then ‘escalated’ but I did not actually receive my refund for a further week. I had already placed my second order before I was aware of this issue but I would not purchase directly again for this reason. I am still waiting on my other refund. Customer services were quick to respond both times I had to contact them.

I bought 3 dresses. All really beautiful designs. I’m size 18. Two were too small and fitted my mum who’s size 12/14 so they were returned. You do not get any confirmation that they are returned to the warehouse you have to rely on Royal Mail stating ‘delivered’ on your tracking number. You then have to wait a nerve wracking 10 WORKING days to receive your refund.
I decided against keeping the third which did fit but for £95 I didn’t think I’d get enough wear out of it. Customer services were helpful and even offered to extend the refund period to 21 days. I sent it through a post office but Royal Mail failed to scan it as delivered. So I panicked and checked with customer services that they had it. They couldn’t confirm they had it but said Royal Mail were notoriously bad for scanning things as delivered and I should wait my 10 working days and if I didn’t have a refund they would look into it. I received my refund after only 5 working days this time. The returns process was too long and stressful for me so I’ll not buy another dress direct. I might try buying one through simply be or John Lewis if I want to try again in future.

Great, until you need to return something, as then you have to wait 10 working days for them to process it, and then ANOTHER 10 working days to actually receive the refund. So I’ve been waiting nearly a month for a large refund. I’ve never known anywhere to take so long to refund.
I also didn’t feel the quality of the dresses warranted the price.
