I recently brought the Elita Step Through and couldn’t be happy. The bike shipped and arrived within days of me placing my order. My communication with staff via email was amazing, within moments I received replies. And being able to track the shipping details really helped so I could make sure I was home when it arrived. Happy with the bike and price I got for it.
Only annoying thing was poor availability for the pick up.
I had to wait nearly a week and pick it up in a tiny timw slot in a Saturday.

Picked up a bike for a friend and ended up purchasing one for my son.
My son loves his new bike and the quality is great.

My only concern was there is a section on the left hand side that has white overspray on the name of the bike sticker ?? I have photos if I can send them it would be great for your information

great quality bike and they kept me in the loop about the delivery as it was later than expected but not due to their fault.
customer service is A1 and when sending emails i got replies straight away.
