Great price and delivery times
Great price and delivery times. Tracking the whole way door to door. Put the bikes together over the weekend and had a test ride they are very nice to ride, watched the tutorial video and was easy to put together. Super keen to take them out again this weekend cheers guys

Regarding your comment about the chain rubbing the frame when using the lower gears — thanks for bringing that up! Just a friendly note: with the Shimano ALTUS drivetrain, it's generally not recommended to ride in the combination of the smallest front chainring and the smallest rear sprocket at the same time. This creates an extreme chain angle, which reduces tension on the rear derailleur and can cause the chain to come very close to (or even contact) the frame.
To avoid this, we suggest shifting to a slightly larger rear sprocket or using the middle chainring when possible — this will help prevent unnecessary wear on the chain and frame.

Bike perfect!
The bike is perfect, arrived in very good condition, and was easy to assemble. However, I suggest sending all assembly information the same day you receive the order. I assembled it myself, but two days later I received an email with additional instructions for assembling the bike.

Assembly a little difficult
The bike is amazing. It just took us a while to do the assembly as the video was different and I thought the assembly instructions would come with the bike in the box and not in an email.
