Excellent service all around! Great response timing, clear about what was going to happen to my watch. The horologist, Jason, explained the process and was responsive to email. The rest of the team was great. This is the first time that I have sent a watch away to be repaired. All watch fanatics know it is very scary to send a watch away to someone for them to have and handle it. Will definitely use Jason again for watch repairs.

I recently used Horologium to arrange a warranty repair on watch in Canada. The process was smooth and simple, and the watchmaker they chose (James at Otto Friedl in Vancouver) to do the work was excellent. Communications from both parties were fantastic. I was kept informed at each step and always knew what was happening next. Many kudos to both for getting my watch back in a timely manner.

After sending my watch in for service and the mail company losing it, they went above and beyond and sent me a brand new watch. Did they have to do this? No. Did I expect them to do this? No. Did they keep a client for life? You bet they did.

Great communication from both Tamie at Horologium in the UK and from Jason at the local service partner in the US, Saving Time. Shipping instructions were very clear, and there were email updates from Tamie during the repair process. The watch came back in perfect working order. I really couldn’t fault any part of the process.

Great experience working with Harris in NY for a minor service on my new Lorca Model 2 to get it back in spec. Good communication, worked with me to have it delivered back home at a time convenient for me, quick turnaround time...couple weeks only (unlike another microbrand I won't name, where a simple service took upwards of 4 months).

Would use again for sure and think they are a great partner for micros.

I found Horologium via the British Horological Institute's register of Accredited Watch Repairers. My daughter inherited a watch with great sentimental value, unfortunately the watch wasn't working. Having contacted Horologium to ask whether the watch would be one they might be able to repair, I took the watch in for an initial appraisal. The next step was a free of charge deeper appraisal of the watch with an estimate of the charges for its repair. Having accepted their estimate, the repairs were completed less than two weeks later. Initial contact to completion was under a month elapsed. I am delighted to have found Horologium. It was a very clear and logical process from initial contact to completion, and I was very happy with their professionalism and the cost of the repair. I would happily recommend Horologium.
