Horus music has closed my account for so called duplicate accounts and kept all my music up collecting royalties, they not allowing me to collect royalties that i've made from my music. i would avoid if i was you.

When you signed your distribution contract with us and when you submitted each of your releases, you certified that anything you sent for distribution was done so with you holding all legal rights. Please note that it is in Horus Music Limited sole discretion to pull the content at any time, should we deem it appropriate. In this case it was found that you did not have the full legal rights to distribute some of your music. At Horus Music we take copyright infringement claims very seriously and because it was found that you were releasing music across different accounts it must be assumed that you did not have the legal rights to music distributed across your accounts therefore all your releases have been taken down from all the stores.

My experience with Horus music has been incredible so far. Being a musician who's used, various music distributors, customer service, and quick response that Horus provides are exceptional. Especially the fact that it almost feels like you are in touch with an individual than a huge corporate company. I'll be sticking with them with all my independent releases and I highly recommend them to independent musicians.

Horus Music, you the BEST!
Super happy to have chosen Horus Music UK for the distribution of my latest single "Khayaal". Chandrika Shah from Horus Music India, did a fantastic job at making sure everything was sorted well in time. This release had to be customised in a way that Apple Music & iTunes Store released it on a specific date and all other platforms on another date. Previously, i've never had this experience with multiple companies I've put my music out via. Thanks Horus Music for making my life so easy, and making sure that there was no stone left unturned. Will definitely be choosing to work with you guys for all my upcoming releases!

I wanted to make sure my music would…
I wanted to make sure my music would get onto platforms with as little hassle as possible and avoid the horror stories I'd heard from other bands about things going wrong. The Horus team put me at ease straight away.
A massive advantage of Horus over their competitors is that Horus' customer support team actually have loads of time for you and are super helpful.
PLUS they're based in the big LC my humble hometown! Small world!

Hi, Thank you for reply. Having looked at your account on My Client Zone (MCZ) I can see you have one release in March 2020. To date no royalties have been received from the stores for this release. Please note some stores it can take up to 100 days before their detailed reports are released and we have received royalty payment. Royalties are only paid to Artists and Labels once the stores have paid Horus Music Limited. Also are you marketing yourself correctly? Perhaps this is something we can help with to enable better exposure of your release.
We are currently updating MCZ with the financials for each store - please log on to your dashboard and you should notice that any royalties due to you will be increasing over the next few days. If you have any other queries please contact us at accounts@horusmusic.global.
Horus Music is a TOP pick for Music Distribution
Horus Music is definitely one of my top picks for distributing music, they deliver to an extensive list of stores. However, they don't deliver to a few Indian DSPs anymore.
Their team is extremely helpful and responsive, it really makes the process of distributing music so much easier.
Look forward to more releases with them and hope they add the Indian DSPs back to their list of stores :)

Genuine and personable
Matt's speedy responses, quick setup, liaising with the charity for whom I released my song and, most importantly, friendly correspondence were hugely appreciated whilst launching my song.
The only thing more I had hoped for was a post on Instagram, something that happens with some artists and potentially helpful when unsigned and promoting literally by word of mouth myself, without airplay. It's not worth dropping a star for though and I'm already writing my first song to release 'for me', ready to work with Horus next time. And the next!
Excellent. Packages for singles etc. immensely good value.
