Outstanding customer service. Small missing part I had misplaced was not only supplied with courtesy and a no fuss approach but also in a timely manner. Great service

Prompt service and delivery in rural area
The service and timely manner in which the order was received was great. The hose fittings are fantastic always trust worthy. Solar light is working well. But very disappointed in the bamboo gloves during the first wearing the rubber can apart from the actual glove material- very poor workmanship- definitely would never purchase another set of these gloves. Every other product first class.

Solar Path Lights
Solar Path Lights, bought 6 and 4 have failed within 6 months. Past warranty now but would not buy again. Also had 3 hose spray noses that all leak and on off mechanism fail to shut off for some time.

We’re really sorry to hear this. Four of six solar path lights failing within six months, and three spray nozzles that leak and won’t shut off properly, is well short of the quality we aim for, and we understand why you’d hesitate to buy again. We’d like to look into this properly, so please get in touch with our customer service team with your order details and we’ll see what we can do to make it right.

Everything is well built
Everything is well built. Much better than the fittings you get in the major stores. The Sprinkler is very robust. The Fertiliser Spray mixer saves so much time!

I have been wanting to get a wall…
I have been wanting to get a wall mounted hose reel for 20 years! They (2 of them! ) are worth the wait. Love the way they roll out and in so neatly - no more kinking or twisting. Great range of hose spray settings- am planning to get the irrigation system and timer so I can work on rejuvenating my garden. Love it 💖

Best hose ever!
Okay, I had a hoselink in my last home and loved it but didn't know if it was worth the cost at my new home. Two weeks after 2 crappy hoses from hardware stores, I bought another Hoselink. It's friggin fabulous! Do not waste your money on anything else, especially if it reference an element in the periodic table. This hose rocks!
