Back in Stock Notifications:
Early in the year I tried to order a 30m hose extension. It was out of stock.
I left a note to advise me when back in stock - no notification.
Then in June I did the same thing, again out of stock. Again I left details to notify me when back in stock - no notification.
So in October I rang to order the extension, and it was in stock - and it was delivered to me.
So your notification service needs actioning when items go back into stock!!

Thanks for your review and sorry to hear that you did not receive the back in stock email notifications.
To receive these notifications you do have to be signed up to receive email marketing from Hoselink, otherwise they won't be received. As we cannot see you're email address, we're unable to check if this is the reason as to why.
We've flagged this with our web team to add a prompt so customers are made aware of this when entering their email address to make it clearer.

I ordered two outdoor solar large garden lights. They are amazing, look and work incredibly well. Hoselink delivered easily and process was very prompt. I plan on ordering more for the garden. Photo depicted 100% what I received. Very happy customer.

I bought the ground bracket which is…
I bought the ground bracket which is 430mm and fixed it to my concrete path but it is too low and I couldn’t see a larger size? I also need the same fitting in my front yard and that bracket will sit on a raised up bed 200mm higher but like I say the back yard was is really too low and the existing tap is nowhere near a solid wall.There is also a slow drip where the fitting is connected to the tap and I did tighten it quite a lot. The spray nozzle and the fitting attached is quite large and takes some getting used to. I do have good pressure and when on the Shower option is used the pressure doesn’t seem as strong as with a regular hose unless my imagination is running wild
