Hoselink Opiniões

I have recently had to replace my hose link cover after about 6 years ,perhaps even longer and the hose reel still works as new, are they cheap, no they are not but they have outlasted 2 cheaper hose reels from my local Bunnings who's cost for both out weighed the cost of 1 Hoselink reel. As a very senior citizen I would expect my hose reel to see me out. Spend a bit extra get a whole lot more.

I love these products, such great quality. The customer service is second to none also. Highly recommend hoselink

good product, not too quick on delivery but i wasn't in a hurry, the product seems as if it'll last a while although in this frosty country and no hose reel, i'll have to ensure a cover in the winter.

Excellent quality. Can highly recommend

Great product. Well made. Fast delivery. Ordered drinking water hose and fitting kit for use on my motorhome and am very happy with my purchase.

The hose reel cover was easy to put on, I had one previously and it lasted along time It is a good product.

The products are so good and they last, I had to replace my tap connecters as my daughters dog chewed them, but it took the dog a lot to damage.

love hoselink products best quality and the service is outstanding

Fantastic Australian company . Highly quality products and efficient delivery

We found what we were looking for (Sprinkler) and the purchase process was easy to follow. The product was delivery in a very short time frame. Thank you!

I purchased a 30 m hose plus accessories. So far the hose has performed well. Having a big yard, I have three 30 m hoses, each a Gardena top of the line model, which supposedly had a 10/10 kinking rating. They weren't cheap. They are rubbish. I have put up with constant kinking for years. I thought about the Copper Bullet Pocket Hose advertised on TV; however, Australian ratings were not very good. Hence I purchased Hoselink. Hopefully, a year from now, I will continue to sing the praises of Hoselink, and replace the other two Gardena hoses.

Top quality products that work. Prompt delivery. Easy to order.

Great product it is I purchased two of them installed one so far within half hour up and running delivery as per company’s policies good response from real staff and also the AI
What impressed me the most was the connectors no leaks no drips Highly recommend

👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I have been buying hoselink products for a long time and I LOVE them, really good quality, it just makes gardening so much easier, I won't buy anything else.

Products reliable easy to deal with and good delivery times

Bought my third hose reel, this one has a different and much inferior spray head. Why the dumbing down of the produce and lack of warning.
Further, still waiting to hear back from an email to Hoselink. Very poor communication.

I have been using their products for a couple of years now and have had no problems. From order to delivery and the using of the product itself has been excellent. Customer service also excellent. As an Aussie I have found the products I have bought to be hard wearing durable and able to withstand the climate and my gorilla size hands and rough handling. Thank You Hoselink.

I ordered a 100ft Retractable Hose Reel setup totaling $262. Hoselink chose to split the shipment into two separate packages. The hose reel arrived on May 23rd as expected, but the critical mounting post was lost by UPS in Oshkosh, WI, and dropped completely off the tracking radar.I reached out to Hoselink customer support to report the lost package and request an expedited replacement so I could actually use this heavy 30-pound product. My inquiries were completely ignored. To add insult to injury, while my support ticket sat open and unacknowledged, Hoselink's automated system sent me an email asking for feedback on my experience.Because of the complete lack of responsive customer service, I have been forced to go to a local hardware store, buy timber, and build my own mounting post solution just to make this expensive purchase functional for the weekend.I am keeping the hose reel itself and expect full coverage under the standard manufacturer’s warranty, but the logistics and customer support side of this company has been an absolute failure. If you buy from them, pray your carrier doesn’t lose a package, because Hoselink will leave you completely stranded.
