we worked with them for a few month spent roughly about €1000 per month on servers. One day they decided to block our account without any warning or refunds. Actually they sent us a warning 1HR prior but without any option to upgrade or save information or anything like

The service has terrible support, expect the service to go down randomly, and just get told sorry for the inconvinience heres the last days hosting fee.

Terrible support, completely unqualified technical team. They reply every 3–4 days, and the servers do not work properly. I absolutely do not recommend them.
They refuse to issue a refund even though the service is not fully functional and constantly experiences disruptions. This provider is not worth your time or money.

The server is not working properly, Support not responding for 3 days, tragedy, I do not recommend

It's very easy to use, even being not a tech-savvy person, I can deal with it very quickly
