Poor customer service and no resolution after months

I purchased a Hotel Collection diffuser that came with a gift card as part of the purchase. The order also included a three month scent subscription, which I completed before attempting to purchase additional scents using the gift card.

When I finally tried to use the gift card, it did not work. I contacted customer service and was told they would get back to me, but they did not. I have had to follow up multiple times just to receive vague responses with no actual resolution. Several months later, I still have not been told whether the gift card will be honored at all.

My issue is not just that the gift card does not work. It is the lack of communication and accountability. There seems to be no way to get in touch with someone who can actually resolve the issue. Being told that this is still under review for four months and counting is unacceptable.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Absolute worst Customer Service I’ve…

Absolute worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced! This company is 100% a scam! The sales rep will tell you that you have 30 days to try out the product then when you try to cancel after they mess up your order multiple times they say that if you’ve tried the product that you can’t return it… What is the point of a 30 day trial?

They definitely try to rip you off. The scents are really good.. better than most..but the company is not good. They went from 50ml in a bottle to 30ml and said that the diffuser would use less. Please..I wasn’t born yesterday. No software changes to the diffuser but it’s going to miraculously use less oil with the exact same propod. Only way it’s going to use less, is b/c it’s going to run out. All advertising seems to be a scam. They just ran a 4 hr special yesterday that literally said they were giving you two 50ml bottles of oil. When I was going to order it, it then rang up 2 30 ml of oil. I texted them and they said, it was indeed 30ml and they don’t have 50ml.. but they never changed the advertising. So many stories I could tell…

Steer clear and save money and loads of hassle

Made an initial purchase and then find that they put you into a subscription that you don't want and in my case was not aware of, they continue to send items you haven't ordered and don't want. It took me speaking to three different people to finally get the subscription cancelled and they offer no refunds on it

Do not order from this site.

I ordered a diffuser and pro pods for Christmas from this website. I was so excited to get the items. I track the items and although the tracking show, the items were delivered to me they actually never were. I contacted customer service and they were really difficult to work with. They insisted I follow a police report, even though I know my package was not stolen but was delivered to the wrong address. It was not easy to get a refund and Customer Service is not client centered. They put the burden on me instead of them fixing their mistake. Purchased diffusers and sent pods from other companies that will work with you better if there is an issue.

DO NOT BUY Mystery Box Its a Scam!

Do not buy their mystery box. It’s a scam. They do not tell you that you are buying a $50 coupon for $15 that requires you to spend an additional $75 to use it. Customer service took days to get a hold of, and they said it is written in their terms of service that a mystery box shows exclusive merchandise, but it is nothing more than a coupon that you have to pay for. This company should be out of business for scamming people. Honesty is a much better policy than trickery.

I asked for a refund for the mystery box and they said NO, its part of the terms of service on our website that they can send coupons instead of merchandise!!! Wow.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been a customer a little under a yr. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I have been on hold over 30 mins every time, no exaggeration, just waiting to connect to customer service. Then when connected they placed you on hold for several minutes, just to inform you they do not have certain products. Just today 1/5/26, the rep had no idea of the oil I am saying, I spelt it out several times and he still did not understand. He placed me on several holds, just to say, ohhh.. I thought you meant this.. or that. We even got in a shouting match, where he was yelling at me and trying to overtalk me. Even questioned being on holding, stating that I can wait, because I was working from home. I had to hang up after 1 hr, and was not helped.

one star is too much

one star is too much. i returned an expensive diffuser because it smelled like it was used already and i was getting dozens of calls from them to return it for a free one and then pay 150 per month for oils. i have spent hours trying to get my money back and they have had the return for 2 weeks. they are deducting 20% but wont give me the rest.

Worst Name Brand Company

I was so excited to spend my money with this brand during Black Friday/Cyber Monday.. bought an additional $15 on a $50 mystery item was ended up being a $50 gift certificate (if you want to call), so a code gets sent separately. “Spend over $100 you get $100.” Got that separately too. Cool! I’ll do another order to use them. Couldn’t apply both codes. First attempt to reach customer service… oh man, i had to resort to inquiring about scenting my home just to talk to somebody! First guy i talked too was so nice and helpful, but then he stopped emailing me. Said my issue be forwarded to someone else so they can help with a partial refund (i paid in full because i couldnt use the codes).
Then i got a phone call to “help out on the situation”.. lady was nice.. but too great of a salesperson i have to give her credit on that. Because I spent so much money she was trying to sell me on a free $2,000+ diffuser machine to scent my home. Wouldnt take no for an answer. 15 minutes later finally taking a breath said she’d forward me to a different department on my original problem. You’re only directed to an AI generated agent and you know where that was heading. A hang up because they don’t understand you properly and your issue.
During checkout a mini diffuser got added on to my order AFTER i received confirmation on the items i bought and immediately added $100+ and put it with my order. “Ok i guess i can gift the diffuser to someone anyways”.
The diffuser not only was missing the oil i chose to go with it, but inside was missing the empty oil bottle where you mix the solution..?
Okay… why is this well known name brand company SO HORRIBLE TO WORK WITH UNLESS YOU BUY THEIR SCAM PROGRAM?! At this point I’d rather talk to Scott Disick because maybe he might know why this company is actually worth the investment.

BEWARE OF SCAM

Beware, this is a SCAM. I ordered one scented oil and a diffuser to check it out. I did NOT sign up for any subscription or future orders, however, they created a new order for the scent and charged my credit card without authorization. I reached out numerous times to various email addresses I could find, and not one response. I am disputing the charge with my bank. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

False Information

Says on their website that international shipping charge includes duties and taxes at checkout. Wrong! Had to pay am additional $40 to recieve the product. Also, when I purchased 3 diffuser sets, website and checkout items said I was getting a free travel spray..I did not. Like the scents..but customer experience is not what you'd expect.

I would like to express my HUGE…

I would like to express my HUGE DISSATISFACTION with the companies Hotel Collection and Aroma 360 (which are actually the same companies).

They called me persistently to introduce their products, and I agreed to learn more.

However, they did not fulfill any of the agreements they made with me.

They charged me an absurd amount for the activation of a monthly plan ($345.00), and assured me that they would refund the amount if I canceled within 30 days.

I did not approve of the product, especially considering the price they had offered me. I even have recorded WhatsApp conversations with their representatives that prove what I'm saying is true.

I returned the products before the agreed 30 days, and yet they now refuse to refund the absurd amount of $345.00 they charged me for the plan activation.

In short, don't believe what they offer you, because when it comes to returning what was agreed upon if you don't approve of or no longer want their products, they don't keep their promises... ZERO points for the credibility of this company.

Stay away from them. That way you won't be frustrated like me.

Very expensive refills product does not work as hoped. I honestly get better sent coverage using my water and essential oil diffuser this product was highly aggressively overrated advertised extremely expensive the pressure sales through text and email are constant I was lucky enough not to subscribe to a monthly subscription Because I do know there are oils out there that you can refill the bottles with so I bought two oils to see if I would like the scent because there is a company out there selling their version of the sense in refill containers that you just add to your current bottles hold on folks it’s like 32 ounces of fluid for $10 versus your 3 ounces of fluid for upwards to $50. We’ll see how long my device last but as of right now this product is not worth the hype that they have given it

Purchased a candle for a Christmas gift…

Purchased a candle for a Christmas gift here on December 1 it still has not arrived.
I wrote to them to see when I can expect it as it was supposed to be for part of the Christmas gift and have yet to have a response. 100% do not trust this company and will be going through Visa to retrieve my money.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED!

I ordered a diffuser and scent.
Received the scene but no diffuser. Its was going to be a present for my mum because she loves diffusers and pretty scents.I have emailed them 6 times to find put where my order is and nothing!
I see so many adverts on the Internet making it all look attractive. But they have just taken the money and customer service doesnt exist!

Soo dissapointing! Complete let down!

I ordered my diffuser since December 5,2025 I have emailed the company and I have gotten no response. I know I haven’t invested as much money I seen a lot of people in the comments has but I am wondering if I will ever get my product. Maybe I will give the company a chance before I sound the alarm.

FIRE HAZARD!!

FIRE HAZARD!!! CANDLE BROKE APART WHILE WAS LIT !
I got fire and melted candle all over my table..stained and damaged expensive table . Good thing I was sitting having dinner when it broke otherwise it would have burned my house . First time ever this happened! Lots of black smoke from the wick . Another candle arrived all broken container. Ordered diffusers and they just sent random scents and not what I ordered. Diffuser doesn't even smell so weak . Never again. This is scam business.

Omg 🤦‍♀️ I have really made a massive mistake choosing them, thought it will b great Christmas gift, ordered 2 diffusers and 2 pro pod oils with it - but of course oils didn’t arrived …. I’ve contacted them so let’s see if there will be any replay … I would not recommend and the best would’ve been to go to your local shop and get Glade diffuser…. Disaster
