Would not recommend
The last 4 shipments that came to my mailbox, the bottle was empty but the thin bubble mailer smelled great. I've tried cancelling my subscription 3 times and requested refunds of the damaged shipments, but all I get is them offering me a discount. No thanks. I no longer want to pay for an empty bottle for a diffuser that doesn't throw the scent anymore.

Beware of This Company
I should have listened when people told me not to order from this company. But as a huge Star Wars fan, I saw the Star Wars diffuser and thought yes, I need it. I should’ve known better — especially considering who represents the company. The little bald-headed “shark” guy and the other one with the weasel voice… that should have been my sign.
I opened the diffuser, installed it correctly, inserted the oil cartridge, and it did not work at all.
Since I ordered over the weekend, I waited until Monday to call customer service. Let me just say — their customer service is extremely hard to reach. They only work Monday through Friday, the wait is long, and they’re not easy to find on the website.
When I finally got someone (Ann), she had no idea what she was doing. First she said she would replace the diffuser and I didn’t need to send the defective one back. Then, when I said I’d rather just get a refund because of the experience, suddenly the story changed. Now she said she would email me a return label and that I couldn’t be refunded for the oil because it was open — even though I only opened it because I installed it in their defective device. But fine, whatever.
So now I have to ship it back just to get my refund. I don’t mind returning it — it doesn’t work anyway — but the whole experience was a mess.
I’m sharing this to warn others:
If someone tells you to run from this company, RUN FAST.
Don’t deal with them. Save yourself the headache.

I purchased the home diffuser that installs on the heating / AC unit. Nothing wrong there BUT the finance company they use will cheat you at the end when you try to pay it off. The fast-talking agent slides in a fee of $62+ and when questioned says he will not charge that BUT when card was run it was charged. Disputed twice and get nowhere. Would not recommend at all unless just paying for it in full and you can get better pricing via Amazon. Universal Account Servicing, LLC is the finance company. Bad representation for HotelCollection.com

Would give zero if it was an option. This company is a SCAM. No option to cancel online (button does not activate or click through to anything). Despite multiple emails to cancel, no response. Trying to disconnect my credit card but only choice I have now is to cancel my card completely and get a new one, according to my bank. Avoid at all costs!

Please, please, please do not buy or deal with HC or Aroma 360 (both the same) I unfortunately am too late. Having purchased a pro pod and penthouse diffuser I feel like I now have to continue the pain. The customer service is less than the one star I have given. Apart from the fact the machines or scents don't cover the area described and use a lot more oil than advertised. Its the customer service that is horrendous.
1/ Signed up to their membership at a cost of £99 per year without me asking.
2/Subscription service - ran out of oil, couldn't bring my subscription forward. So even though I'm a member couldn't get the member discount of separate order and forced to pay full price.
3/half empty bottles arriving and needing to be replaced.
4/length of delivery time.

Wrong scent sent out on my order. I now have to get a return label, pay for my own packaging and return said wrong scent before they send out me correct order. So essentially costing me money to rectify their mistake.

Bought a mystery box for $25. Turns out it’s a vouch only eligible on full priced items which there are none. Essentially I gave them $25 and got nothing.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I enrolled in the Concierge VIP program. The diffuser regularly clogs and is flashing red and it's possible to reach to Concierge service team and when you do reach them, no one can help you and they just transfer you and if you email Concierge, they tell you to call, and then you sit on hold forever, just to be transferred. I rarely leave reviews, but this company's service is so bad that I had to warn others.

HotelCollections / Aroma360 and Universal Accounting Services, LLC have been, without exaggeration, the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
In today’s world of online purchases, subscription services, and consumer transactions, encountering a company that stands out as the worst should speak volumes about the nature of their business practices. Unfortunately, my experience with these companies has been nothing short of alarming.
I entered into a contract with HotelCollections (Aroma360) for a diffuser and recurring oil shipments—something I now realize I was misled into signing. Since then, I have filed multiple disputes requesting termination of the contract. The company is in direct violation of the agreement, as the goods they continue to bill me for are no longer being provided:
• The diffuser is non-functional.
• The oil shipments stopped in October and have not been delivered.
• Troubleshooting or replacement support was never provided in a timely or meaningful way.
Communication with the so-called “customer service” team has been a nightmare. Emails and portal messages go unanswered for days, sometimes weeks. The supervisor at HotelCollections was dismissive and unhelpful, and Universal Accounting Services—who handles the billing—continues to ignore my dispute requests and simply keeps the account open.
Despite clearly stating that I no longer wish to continue any relationship with these companies, they persist in billing me for services and products they know are not being delivered. This behavior is not just negligent—it is borderline fraudulent.
I have filed multiple complaints with regulatory agencies. I have reopened disputes repeatedly. The situation has dragged on for several months with no meaningful resolution. I ultimately stopped payment because the company left me no choice, understanding the potential impact on my credit but refusing to continue paying for goods and services I am not receiving.
At this point, I am actively considering legal action. Consumers should not be treated this way. If sharing my experience can help even one person avoid dealing with HotelCollections, Aroma360, or Universal Accounting Services LLC, I consider it a civic duty. No one should have to endure the level of frustration, deception, and disregard that I have experienced

I’ve tried to cancel tells me my Password is wrong and then when I try and reset it, I do not receive the email to reset it Absolute joke I emailed them to cancel my Monthly order and I have had no reply. They are scamming people they need to be reported.

I was excited to buy their product …. At first.
So purchased their product due to the fact that I live in a studio apartment of 690 square feet that has one window that opens - so I wanted something that would give a great scent to my place and would cover the square footage of that 600 feet. So I went with the pro - that claims to cover that exact square footage. I was skeptical at first because I have yet to run into anything that actually claims to do what they say they do. It seems we not only have reached a period in history that fake news is acceptable - also customer service and fake representation is also acceptable now. But I digress - anyways it took about as long to receive as a Temu package does - but finally arrived - now this part is extremely important - before I even received the diffuser and pro pod (Serpentine)- I was at my job which is a driving job applying pesticides to lawns for the state - and I get a call from hotel collection - it was a sales rep inquiring about my product I bought and I told her I had t received yet . At this point she literally began to tell me what to expect …… she said well you know it’s nothing more than an elevated candle so if that’s what your going for then great- but you also realize you can only run it for about two hours or the motor will burn out - lol. She told me if scenting my entire place was my ultimate goal - that I needed their new product that you could run for 17 hours non stop - and came with 5 different scents every month so I could try them out - and then told be the break down of cost how I would save with that product over the one I purchased all ready yards yards! However it all made sense at as far as cost it also made more sense as she said the pro pod I got for my product I already purchased would last about two weeks not a month as the website claims. I can’t say I didn’t appreciate her honesty - however she wanted payment right there on the spot - now mind you I had just furnished my entire apartment from bare bottom scratch without a single plate or silverware or vouch or bed. So I had just dropped about 7 grand and had literally done all the final touches ending with scents towels and last minute kitchen needs drawer organizers and such. I was flat broke - so I told her I wanted to switch to what she was telling me but I couldn’t make that payment until the specific date which was my direct deposit day - but if she wanted to return my product I purchased and cancel my membership for the monthly arrival of pro pods then she could apply that money to the new order and I can pay the difference in what would have been 7 more days as I get paid no monthly. She could not do that but said she would cancel my membership at least and would call in that specific date and we could proceed expecting me to pay for a whole new order even though I had not received the order I already purchased then I could just send back the product I was returning without opening it and everything would be done - so I said fine. Sounds easy enough yet still requiring quite a bit of faith in my part considering I hadn’t received anything I paid for yet. lol.
Next - I received the packaged finally - and that sales girl I never heard from again - ever. I left emails - I tried calling hotel collection letting them know I reviewed the package but didn’t want to open it because I wanted to return it so I could upgrade to what that sales girl was trying to sell me and that it had sat in my apartment unopened for at least the last couple weeks so could someone please contact me so we could get this going so I could actually use what I paid for on some level since at this point about two months had already passed - and yes I said two months! Boone ever did - so out of frustration I just opened it and figured if it’s good I’ll buy both and throw this smaller one in the bathroom since it can only run two hours. So I did.
Review of actually studio pro 600 sq ft! Horrible! It smells great dint get me wrong if your standing right next to it! It would make my bathroom smell good if I ran it longer than two hours and kept the bathroom door shut! That’s its efficiency - it looks great - but it was exactly as the original sales girl that I never heard back from said - nothing more than an elevated candle - and honestly I’ve had candles that work better and are far cheaper! Nowhere did I see a statement in the description of this product that compared it to an elevated candle - nor a statement saying you could only run the thing for two hours or the motor would burn out leaving it useless. The oils did last about two weeks. Not a month - and now it sits iselesss in my apartment - I am going to experiment with it by injecting different diffuser oils into the empty pro pod I originally purchased form hotel collection - just to see if I can get something out of it as far as use and I certainly don’t intend give more money - I will write part 2 in separate review - there is more
