We had a lovely stay in hotel el nest on the final day of our camino trip. The stay was lovely and relaxing just what we needed after all the walking. The hotel is central and just a short walk into the shopping area. The staff in particular were so helpful and allowed us to leave our bags in reception as our flight was in the evening. A lovely girl called Rita was very helpful and very prompt over WhatsApp’s and organised transfers to the airport for us at short notice. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anybody.

Excellent booking experience
I had a really positive experience using this hotel booking site. The website was easy to navigate, there was a great range of accommodation to choose from, and the booking process was quick and completely hassle-free.
The information provided was clear, my booking confirmation came through promptly, and everything was exactly as expected.
I was a little nervous about using them as they were much cheaper than any other site and I had not heard of them but I emailed the hotel after booking and everything was in order.
Overall, a seamless and reliable experience. I would definitely use the site again and have no hesitation recommending it to others!

Malheureusement, quelques jours seulement avant mon départ, l'hôtel a annulé ma réservation de manière totalement imprévue. Dès que j'ai contacté HotelsNest, leur équipe a été extrêmement réactive. Ils ne se sont pas contentés de chercher un simple hôtel de remplacement : ils ont pris le temps de comprendre mes besoins, de comparer plusieurs options et de me proposer un hébergement offrant de belles prestations. Mieux encore, ils ont réussi à m'obtenir un emplacement encore plus avantageux à celles de ma réservation initiale.
Tout au long du processus, j'ai eu affaire à de vraies personnes, disponibles, à l'écoute et soucieuses de trouver la meilleure solution. Leur suivi a été irréprochable, avec une communication claire et rassurante à chaque étape. À une époque où de nombreuses plateformes de réservation ne proposent aucune assistance en cas de problème, HotelsNest fait réellement la différence. Derrière les prix compétitifs, il y a une équipe humaine qui accompagne ses clients avant, pendant et après leur réservation. C'est exactement ce que l'on attend d'un service de qualité.
Je recommande HotelsNest sans la moindre hésitation à tous les voyageurs.
