I’ve order radiators for full house and I’ve not herd back from company with a delivery date or nuthink in days now

The sign of a good company is when things don't go so well.
I made a mistake in ordering some radiator valves for a new project incorrectly, I contacted Hotradiator and told them of my problem. No fuss, no drama just return the valves for a refund and re order the correct valves. Prompt delivery great service very good company.

The prices and ease of ordering are fantastic. Compared to another company we saved over £40 for two radiators.

The only reason this isn’t a five star is because their delivery agents let them down.

Ordered 1 rad. for my customer in the evening - but next morning discovered it was the wrong size. Needed to cancel - called Hotradiators the same day around noon- it was already shipped out - actually amazing speed of order processing. Was advised to refuse the delivery when the rad. would arrive - which I did. Ordered the correct size, it was shipped the next morning. First rad. was returned and refunded straight away, the second one arrived promptly. Thank you.
