Straight scammers. I've deleted and closed my account multiple times and they still keep trying to charge me for things. Avoid at all costs. Do not sign-up for this site or any of it's connected sites. All a huge racket.

Subscribed for 1 quarter.. posted an ad... no responses reached out to a few cleaners no responses. Then I started getting messages about my free credits renewing every Sunday and I could only contact 1 cleaner. Said I needed to upgrade but I had already paid for service thru July. Support was useless... sorry no refunds... you read our terms of service and cancel policy when you subscribed.... I really just wanted what i paid for. More trouble than its worth. Deleted my account.

My experience with Housekeeper.com was very disappointing. The platform looked promising at first, but I struggled to get meaningful responses after reaching out to multiple profiles. Communication was inconsistent, and several contacts either stopped replying or never responded at all.

I also felt that the value did not justify the cost of the subscription. After spending time and money using the service, I did not achieve the results I expected. The overall experience left me frustrated and feeling like my efforts were wasted.

Based on my experience, I would not use this service again and cannot recommend it to others looking for a reliable way to connect with housekeepers or clients.

If I could give zero, I would. I tried one housekeeper that advertised $20 per hour and when she got here she brought someone with her and wanted to charge double. She only spoke Spanish and used it as an excuse for not doing the work I asked her to do. I will say she was very good at getting her snotty attitude across when I asked her why things weren’t done well. She argued with me for a long time, trying to blame her incompetence on me.

Thought that might be a fluke, but the next one just didn’t show up. I missed work to show her around and be clear on what I wanted for nothing. I had text her the night before to confirm the appointment.

These people are not vetted and it is disgraceful. I will never use this website again and will make sure no one that I know does either.

I paid for a year service. I responded to at least 60 different profiles of folks advertising for a housekeeper.

I am very qualified for everything each person was looking for.

I NEVER received a response from a single person. This totally leads me to believe this site is a scam just to bring money in.

Nowhere is there a phone number or email address you can get ahold of to voice concerns whatsoever.

I am highly disappointed and do not like getting taken advantage of to jerks like this site.

Save your time, money sans frustrations by NOT signing up with housekeeper.com.

Doesn't work and the only one making money is housekeeper.com with their fees. I paid for a background check; they didn't even put it up as verified; but I have the receipt of the payment and that my background came back clean; yet they didn't put it up on the site as verified. I'm clergy and they did this to me; I have called down judgement on them.

A complete waste of time and money. You will never ever ever get a response from anyone unless it's a scam. This website should be shut down.

Listed a house keeping job, sent it to around 30 local house keepers. Only 2x responded at all, but then fell silent after the first message.

I can honestly say this website has changed my life!! And it doesn't end there this website has changed many lives of housekeepers everywhere. It has an easy platform to follow, you don't need your own website because the platform that housekeeper.com uses , COVERS EVERYTHINGGGGGGG.

Housekeeper.com keep doing what your doing - because what your doing is great !!

* I do have some interesting idea's for Housekeeper.com in regards to marketing, I would love to talk to the person in charge of marketing; if possible.

This is solely a scam site. There's no way to contact customer service except a mailing address and I've NEVER talked to any person that wasn't a scammer. Literally never. I also signed up on their other sites and it's the exact same thing. It's all scams and/or identity theft most likely. It's ridiculous do not waste your time. This crap should be taken down immediately.

This site is horrendous now and filled with scammers, don’t waste your money.
A few years ago, it was pretty good, but it’s not anymore. Not to mention they continue to take money out of my bank account when the subscription was canceled. They refused to give a refund. What a joke. Useless. Post fake profiles of people who are looking to hire, is a scam.

That site is a scam. I have a profile on there looking for clients to work for and no one either reply or if they do reply it does go anywhere. I recently got what it seems to be 2 fake profile reach out to me. What they do is give you the run down of the job description then when you agree to the job they would send you a check saying 'it's an upfront pay to secure you for the job. But the check is not close to what the job requires.

None of housekeepers replied to queries to work for us and housekeeper.com still billed us and kept billing us even when I asked them to stop and keep filling my inbox with the same cleaners who don't respond. They won't give me a refund. They are negligent and someone should take to court.

Scam, app tried to steal payment details

DO NOT USE! They don't turn up, my experience with them has not been good and I don't trust them in my home (whether I am there or not). The cleaner lied and said I wasn't home then that he couldn't find the house. Their support model doesn't work and they arent trustworthy. Better options out there!

I wanted to try and start a side hustle cleaning homes I tried it out I got 3 total jobs in a months time. two being good experience and last experience not so well. this website seems to be a scam but as there are real people on here. to sum it up I won't be using this website after I had a job in Boston area most people don't stick around while getting their home cleaned. they give you a run down and vice versa and sometimes people will stay in home if they maybe have a secluded place to be so I can be more comfortable doing my job.

NO. this guy wanted to keep speaking to me and like I said im keep details very minimal. IM just trying to be professional, do my job, he paid me as I walked in so cool, mind you this is in a condo building up on 3rd floor. I was already nervous before going. as im cleaning im kind of getting vibe that dude doesn't really want me here to clean. I start in furthest room from where he is. I was dreading even going in kitchen/ living area because I knew he was in there and it was just weird for him to just be in area trying to talk to me and basically getting of on me cleaning. so im going in between rooms I was cleaning finishing up vacuuming. HE KNEW THAT. I walk into room and idk wtH he was doing but he had a f*ckn b*ner and I just acted like I didn't see what I just seen.he goes oh im sorry sometimes it just has a mind of its own wtH. he walks out room I go to unplug vacuum and I'm my head im like yeah im getting tf out here he's on another level. at this point I did his bathroom thankfully was already done with kitchen and tbh I didn't care what else needed to be done I was so shook up and just wanted to run out. But I played it smooth so I could get out there smoothly cause at this point I didn't know this man intentions.

let me back track... so as he leaves the room after I see him with a b*ner he goes and sits on couch which is basically in front of exit to leave so im wrapping up vacuum at this point im moving wicked fast not even trying to look at guy and I TURN AROUND AND HES LAID BACK ON COUCH WITH HUGE B*NER like its nothing. he was trying to give me a whole 60" brand new TV, sound bar he said he was going to meet me downstairs with it I said ok and legit ran out there and called my BF freaking out. and it doesn't stop there he harassed me all day up until midnight.

ABSOLUTLY HORRID ... IS THERE A ZERO ON THIS RATING SCALE !!! 'WARNING !!! ..." If you have given this company your credit card information, you need to contact your banks fraud department and have your card cancelled / get a new card issued ... If you paid by debit BEWARE !!! ... I can't believe crooks can still get away with FRAUD like this ... APPALLING !!!
