It advertises for a job and it says apply here. When you click it, it asks you what country you're in? After it just advertised for a job in your city. It does not take you to the actual job or the person's post. They try to extract information with you starting from what country you are in. There is no actual job that to "apply" or that it is connected to. Dumb

I was using Housekeeper.com. The leads are all the same. I doubt that they are real for the most part.
They reinstated my account and have been charging me a monthly billing which I have not asked for nor am getting the supposed benefits of the premium paid.
They are scammers. Stay away!!!

Not an honest website. Their AI immediately stars our phone numbers in messages if you don’t pay for a premium membership and it doesn’t actually send messages. I tested this with friends and it’s true. It’s a waste. Don’t use this site!

Can I give it a 0. I have reached out to two candidates that needed housecleaning. First of all, customers do not say what they will pay. Housecleaner sets their own rate and that is that. I reached out to them 3 weeks ago, nothing back. I have 8 years experience. $23/hr. Finally, I'm thinking is this a scam? And now I see, it sure is! Glad I didn't pay anything!

I paid the last $20 I had to my name to be a member and not one of these people have responded. It's a fake site. So messed up

Im not paying $20 a month for something that should be basic. So pathetic

They are fraud. I had a basic subscription (which still didn't work) they charged my card $19 dollars.i have been trying to speak to someone and no phone to call them, they not responding to my emails neither. Can someone help please!!!!

I am writing this March 19, 2023, Orange County California this site is a fraud. These people do not exist. There is no work.!! the people they put on here for job sites they do not exist. This company is fragile signed up for this company not one feedback on anything finally one person did reach out to me and wanted to know why I was contacting their home for housekeeping, did not have knowledge. This company is fraud fraud fraud. I contacted my bank. I contacted the consul in Ontario Canada. They are fragile. There is no work they are no clients people faces and jobs they put on here or fraud. !! do not aware of the housekeepers faces they do not even exist

I paid for a full month, falsely believing that there were hundreds of potential clients. Zero. It's a scam. They also offered 50% off in February 2023, and instead the price I paid reflected something around 33% off, I made a complaint and they defended themselves stating that I used "a previous discount code", in spite of having clicked on their 50% off email link, they offered to refund the difference but maintained that the subscription would be kept at the previous rate. I also found that the mobile version of their website does not provide access to the payments/subscriptions section, so I had to sit down in front of a full computer screen in order to cancel my subscription because I could not do it over a smartphone. What a waste of my time and effort!

Beware scam!!! the worst experience i ever had.

I signed up for a subscription, and Housekeeper.com sent out a 50% off special for renewal. Same price when I clicked on the rates. They sent out another email claiming that the 50% offer was "fixed." I signed up, and I was billed full price. They claimed I did not read the fine print on renewals, which are billed at full price. Deceitful business practices abound with housekeeper.com. No phone support. Also, they allow creepy people, possibly with criminal intents, to violate the laws of my State by advertising for nude housekeepers and/or housekeepers who will perform unlawful sex acts. They intentionally put bonafide housekeepers at risk for rape, murder, etc. They do not screen these listings, and hosekeeper.com promotes a hostile workplace for sexual harrassment and assault. They promote the idea of turning housekeepers into sex workers. They refused to refund my money. When I cancelled my subscription, they unlawfully stated that the account would be open for one month when I paid for three months. 1.8 rating on Trustpilot shows the level of fraud. These people should be arrested and the busines shut down immediately.

Kayla, rescheduled 3 times. She was to come today at 11:00 AM, no phone call, text nothing. She just didn’t show up. I called, no answer. Text again no response. How can you recommend someone one like this and let them advertise on your site.

This site will automatically charge your credit card. It is not obvious when you sign- the impression is that it is a one-time fee. Their cancellation policy is well hidden. Also, to cancel you will need help from customer service. It is also difficult to find the contact information. There is no phone number. Terrible service!

This site is a scam.
The language they use to get you to sign up makes it seem like you are signing up for just one month. They do not mention that it is a recurring bill. They have to share that you are agreeing to a recurring bill more clearly, not just in the fine print. Every month they continued to take money from my account without sending a bill or any kind of notification.
I did not get a single reliable housekeeper from the service and spent over $200. Do not use this service.

Do NOT use this site. I have found NOT one reliable person. Waste of time and money to even deal with site or the people who use it to market themselves are cleaners.

This is by far the worst website for any cleaner out there. Knowing how passionate you are about your work and knowing there this stupid website taking your hard earn money. Please do not fall victim to this shady site do not subscribe to it.
