Highly recommended
I bought a ceiling light from Houseof in 2019, and six years later, it’s still in perfect condition and looks as beautiful as ever. During a recent house move, I accidentally broke the glass part of the light, but Alex at Houseof quickly arranged a free of charge replacement for me.
I’m extremely grateful for the outstanding service and the team’s willingness to go the extra mile. The level of customer care I received was truly exceptional, far exceeding my expectations.

Truly outstanding customer service
I’m honestly completely blown away by the level of dedication of the customer service team. I’ve never experienced anything like it (special shout out to Alex!), so proactive and persistent and going further than the extra mile to try and resolve my issue. My son broke the special bulb/ shade in our lamp and the team has done everything possible to help get a replacement. I’ll be buying all my lamps here from now on!

Great customer service
The design of their products is industry-leading, and their customer service is brilliant. I dealt with Alex Lumen from their customer services team today, and he was extremely quick, friendly and helpful. It's refreshing to receive such great customer service.

Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service. I had an issue with a light I bought months ago (my own fault) and they were so helpful and sorted a solution for me. I'm really so pleased. The quality of their products is amazing too.

The £10 coupon promised arrived too late for me to use it. The more you buy from them, the more you pay for delivery. That's nonsense.

Great product
I love the product however I had issues putting it together. I have sent 2 mails to the 'help' e mail asking for assistance - no reply very disappointing. However I now u derstand that neither of my mails were received, so this explains it. Lamp looks great.

Fantastic quality
Waited a wee while for the Sand Opal Disk well light come back into stock and I was not disappointed. Not only is it by far and away the best looking light I could find for our bedroom in the eaves (the ceiling light is on the angle) but the quality has been excellent.
Actively trying to find other rooms that need a Houseof light fitting now!

Not workable for US market
Not workable for US market - voltage is wrong, plate to connect with gang box is wrong, and instructions clearly state “indoor use only.” When I reached out, I was invited to return the fixtures but at my cost for shipping.

Your website is absolutely the opposite of user friendly.
It asks me 10 times if I want to change country.
Fix it and then you’ll probably start to sell.
