Placed an order and did not even recieve it. I emailed them no response. Scammers !!

Hi - I placed the order worth Rs.17000 / £147. Whilst putting the order there was no information on Import duty and tax mentioned. I received the order as well. And now FedEx is asking for £63 import tax.

When contacted HOC they sent a typical statement it is mentioned on the website. And my point is why they did not mention when placing the order. Also the import tax is double. Usually it is £30/35.

Absolutely disappointing and not at all worth the price I paid for the outfits.

It’s not that great or not that extraordinary to pay this amount.

And now they have gone into a sleep mode. I wish I can attach the pictures.

The fabric quality is not of premium standard and the price is over the top

Order a kurti worth rupees 3000 wore it 2 times and it started to tear itself on its own , just after one wash the whole kurti was into several piece , now when I am trying to reach to them no answer.

I would have given it 0 stars. Pathetic customer service. I had placed order from US to be delivered in India, unfortunately the contact no it took was my US no, I attempted all means to contact them, but they they not reply anywhere. It was the first and last time I ordered from them.

I ordered 2 kurtis, one suit, 1 dress and 1 mens kurta. The kurtis ordered were in XXL size and the ones recieved was in XS size. The dress recieved was too big for me. I send messages on the whatsapp number ,emailed them but not a single response. Please do not buy from these guys if u r outside india.They do not pick up phone

Worst customer service ever, they don’t pick up phone or reply by email/whatsapp. Once you place order … boom, they disappear! Clothes are expensive and customer service sucks! I don’t know how do they run the business! So disappointed! Would never buy form em!

Loved it. Felt so precious with the packaging and all the information on it. Received my first order within a way before expected time in UK right in front of my door. And the delivery updates were on dot. So easy to track on.
So very much appreciated to the team.

Do not buy anything from house of Chickenkari as it’s appear that I have honest experience with them we paid the for the order and order delivered somewhere else and customer service not responding and they laying after laying and defrauding the local or world of community so my advise do not be scaled with them

Terrible quality of embroidery on every item. Contacting customer service was next to impossible and repeated emails/ messages just went unanswered with no resolution in the end.
