Really impressed. My first order with House of Malt - bought a bottle of Benrinnes 21 y/o. I planned to keep it in a collection, so was slightly disappointed on arrival that - despite the excellent packaging - there was a dent on the lid. Got in touch, just to mention it more than anything, and without hesitation they shipped out a lid free of charge, arrived 2 days later. Excellent customer service, demonstrated to me they really do care about their customers - will be ordering again.

I'm a first time customer and made an error when ordering. I sent an email to the sales office and received a very quick reply telling me they'd fixed everything. My bottle of Dom Pérignon 2013 arrived exceptionally well packaged and I'll definitely be re-ordering in the future.

My second time ordering with House of Malt & both orders arrived far earlier than expected, within two days on the standard delivery option. I wasn't expecting my recent order to arrive this fast due to the Christmas period, but right enough.. dispatched & received within two days again.

I bought a bottle of whisky for Christmas, for my wife. She opened it on Christmas Day and the top of the cork away, leaving the rest of it in the bottle! What a let down, particularly as it was a present. So very, very disappointed!

I have been waiting for my delivery now for 6 days and still hasn’t arrived, I have tried to contact them by email and they haven’t replied and there phone goes to answer phone which is full so I cant leave a message, I am beginning to think it is not a legitimate company.

House of Malt is amazing! So many whiskies, I could spend hours just browsing. The site’s super simple, and my order got here quick and in perfect condition. Definitely my new favorite place to shop for whisky!

Placed my first order with HoM a week or so ago. Will certainly be buying from them again. They were the cheapest on the market for the two bottles I purchased. My order was enough to qualify for free delivery - which to my surprise, and gratitude, was sent express 24 (as opposed to the cheapest longest option). They clearly value your custom.

I've had enough of Amazon for SO many reasons. So thought i'd try somewhere else.

HoM had the whiskey I was after at a great price (Redbreast 12) so decided to give it a go.

Website was great with a search that actually works giving an amazing gateway into endless whiskey and bourbon varieties.

Made my order and it game within 72 hours with free delivery and was very well packed.

Look forward to using it again and sticking 2 fingers up to Amazon once more.
