I ordered 2 Hover boards and only received 1. I ordered these 2 weeks ago and still have not received the 2nd board. Both of these were Christmas presents and here we are Dec. 29th.

Cheap company platform, tries to save money by holding orders in review status if billing is different from shipping. My order was less than $200. Cheap way out for a so called booming business. Inspite of your little warning at the bottom of your page after the CC input section the owners should seriously get INSURANCE to increase honest customers satisfaction. Who has time around the holidays to answer the phone snd confirm billing?ridiculous

It came on time & perfect condition. Works great. My daughter loves it ! Thank you

I ordered a board for my daughter Christmas and it does not work! Then the process to return it is to slow. It ruined my daughter's Christmas.

The kid loves it he played with it all day.

This product is fantastic! We’ve only owned it since Christmas but, it’s been a lot of fun and the quality is great! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great Hoover Board!

The charger plug was the right replacement for our hoverboard and arrived quickly.

My daughter rode her hooverboard for ten mins before it just quit working!!!! It won’t do anything! Only thing she wanted for Christmas and to get it and it not work very disappointed to say the least!!!!

Stand / handles are a little sharp and speaker could definitely sound better. There is a ton of distortion when you turn the music up even half way. Is this normal of this unit???

My daughter loves everything about this hover board. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the Bluetooth reception. If you get more than 5 feet away from the source connectivity starts dropping off.

Ordered 2 hoverboards for Christmas. 1 works great. The other.... Bluetooth won’t connect, choppy to ride, one wheel stops working intermittently, labeled for 110lb wt limit yet online it says 220lb. I ordered from hoverboard USA based on the great reviews I found. Well, my experience has been horrible. I’ve spent 3 days emailing their RMA dept. I’ve explained the issues, sent pics, sent videos only to have them say ‘nothing appears to be wrong’. Having 2 boards to compare, I can clearly tell what is wrong with the board. I’m getting the runaround. They won’t issue an exchange. Very disappointed! Mostly, I feel bad for my child who has a sub par hoverboard.

Got one for our son for Christmas. It is awesome! It took him about 5 minutes to learn. He did fall a few times so I definitely recommend a helmet at all times (obviously)
We got the all terrain one and it really works well outside in our stone driveway and on our steep hills. We are getting one for our daughter and my husband wants one too!

Buyers be careful. I purchased 3 Hoover boards at one time for a Christmas gifts and within one day of riding chrome finish looks terrible. Also my son Hoover board registered a red light with constant beeping on the left side and shows green constantly on charger instead of red and will not charger. Hopefully Hoover board USA stands by there product as well as warranty and replace faulty equipment as I'm within my 90 days.

I researched Hoverboards for a month before purchasing from this sight. We needed the off-road option because we live in the country. My boys haven’t gotten off these Hoverboards since they opened them on Christmas. They go well in the grass and our gravel driveway. I would buy from this company again!

I would of give them 5 stars but I wasn't 100% satisfied with the delivery. If I didn't fight with FedEx it would of never made it with their office being closed. Other than that the hover board seems great.

The Hoover board is performing well. However, there was no weight limit in the online description which limits us as to who can ride. We would have looked for a larger unit.
