HOWTOLUCID.com is very beneficial to a lucid dreamer. In fact every ebook is amazing and informative. His videos is really helpful. One can become a master lucid dreamer only by reading his blogs and viewing his videos. Thank you Stef for making this website and channel.

I actually jus downloaded the app of howtolucid and I’m not even gon lie like that’s actually so fyeee bc it gives you everything you need to know about lucid dreaming and how to do it. I think anyone would benefit a LOT from that app. Go download for free

There are some really helpful things that you can learn from here! I like it, but the only "proof" that I have that this site is VERY good, is the fact that I'm writing a review ( which I never did )

HowToLucid, or Stef is a very experienced lucid dreamer who I've been looking to for guidance from the very beginning of my lucid dreaming journey.
While an experienced lucid dreamer, he's also an author who is capable of conveying abstract topics in a very easy to understand way. If you have any interest in lucid dreaming, start with Stef.

How to lucid has really helped me to lucid dream. There are all those sites that say “Learn To Lucid Dream” and give tips and other methods, but they don’t always work. I found HowToLucid really made everything clear and Steph is a very nice person and has helped me with Lucid Dreaming struggles.

Used all the free guidance and videos provided by HowToLucid which has really improved my dream recall dream vividness and even helped me have a few lucid dreams. Especially with the range of techniques on their website, which is well described (My preference is the WBTB). Really Good!

Being honest, HowtoLucid was my start to lucid dreaming. This is where my journey started. And since then, even when I haven’t been consistent, I’ve seen at least 2 lucid dreams!! That’s a lot for me! I trust this site, Stefan gets back to you when you email him and he’s a cool guy in general. This is the place to be!

I first learned to lucid dream almost entirely through the free articles on this website. They provided me with a really solid foundation and led me to my first lucid dreams. I am so, so grateful to have discovered this website when I did. I also purchased the bootcamp and additional books when they were on sale, and while I thought they were slim for their normal price point, they were definitely worth it the way I got them. I was already a somewhat experienced lucid dreamer when I got the bootcamp, but I still found it helpful. Just having steady guidelines telling me what to do each day helped me to stay on track. And the 100 things to do in lucid dreams book is still giving me great ideas.

For who wants to begin his adventure into the world of lucid dreaming, I strongly recommend this site. It is full of important informations about techniques, food, etc. I've always struggled having a lucid dreams, but thanks to Stef and all the videos on his YouTube channel (HowTolucid) I am doing the right things to achieve my first lucid dream.

Anyone who gives a bad review must have just had a bad experience but everything I’ve learned and experienced through this site, YouTube channel and Instagram, really does make me feel at ease knowing there is somebody out there who genuinely cares about teaching people to Lucid Dream :)

I've toured the internet for various sites on lucid dreaming. I've been lucid dreaming since 1980, so I know if someone is giving accurate directions or doesn't know what they are talking about. Stef Howard's is the best site by far. His instruction has improved my performance, as well as helped thousands of other practitioners. This generation is much more aware and interested in this subject than mine, the Baby Boomers. I feel I have a friend in Stef and a group of like-minded people I can relate to. I highly recommend his site without reservation.

Quite amazing. I haven't got my first lucid dream yet, because I'm sleeping on the written content, but just a few weeks reading the daily emails and watching a few YouTube videos has hyped me up to stay focused on this and I can actually remember my dreams now. The guy is such a nice fella too!!!

This guy is amazing like i started with explore lucid dreaming and it didn't work very well and then i started watching lucid dream experience or how to lucid and it was a game changer after having sparatic and random lucid dreams after learning his tips tricks and methods i learned way more and lucid dreamed way more than i did before watching him and i had so much motivation to keep going while watching cause he never sugar coated anything and gave very motivational advice and ya that's it really it just works if your willing to put in some effort

I got my first lucid dream from this channel. I watch this guy every day, because it is so fun to lucid dream.
