Had a great experience with Lamborghini Manchester and Patrick. Very easy to deal with, good knowledge of the brand and car i went to see and would definitely use again

I was overcharged for some work carried out and although i queried it at the time I was assured the extra £700 was due. So I paid it in order to collect the car the next day.
When i went though the invoices it was clear i had been charged twce and so requested a refund, - that was at the end of July and despite frequent requests I still dont have my money. Poor show

We took delivery of our Emeya last week and wow, what a car!
Guy Barclay the sales executive made the experience exactly what you expect from a prestigious brand like Lotus.
My son and I who took delivery of the car were very impressed with his attention to detail, knowledge, polite, and contagious humour.
We were shown around the car and made aware of all the software features and felt we weren’t being rushed.
We would highly recommend The Lotus Emeya and buying it from Lotus Hatfield. Ask for Guy!

Recently purchased my first Ferrari a 458 Spider from HR Owen at Hatfield. Brilliant service. Sami looked after me throughout the purchase and came up trumps when I question the way the car changed gear felt it wasn’t quite right. Took the car to Ferrari Manchester as I live in Cheshire. All sorted without any hitches. Oil change to gearbox and reset the ecu’s back to factory speck. Like a different car. Gear changes crisp and smooth and drives much smoother. Sami kept in contact and sorted everything with Manchester to make the whole experience professionally dealt with. Also thanks to Sheridan and Lee at Manchester.

HR Owen closed their Maserati Dealership and Service Centre in Hatfield with zero notice to customers ….. including those with 3 year service plans, and then left customers high and dry with the nearest centre in Ascot (who btw were also given zero notice).
Totally unprofessional and self serving

HR Owen - Avoid at any cost.
Top money for mediocre work, zero customer care and attitude.
They are either not aware of how bad they are or do not care. Yes, this also includes Jack Barclay.

Superb service from initial enquiry to final purchase for this dealership in Stockport. Adrian Ball was excellent throughout and made my purchase of my Lotus Emira very rewarding and faultless. I would highly recommend Adrian and this dealership.

Brought a Lotus and could not be happier with HR Owen and more specifically Harrison. Impecible service, very knowledgable and a pleasure to buy from. Tour of the garrage as well which is fantasy land. I changed the wheels and even took the time to ask which colour wheels nuts and sent pictures. If you are buying a prestige car go to HR Owen at Hatfield.

Had a fantastic buying experience with Max at HR Owen, bought a Porsche 992 & the service & product knowledge was first rate. from initial phone call to driving away I was treated with professional courtesy. Max was generous with his time explaining all the tech & he organised the tire insurance efficiently. Very happy customer, I will be back at HR Owen in the future for another purchase. Thank you.

I enquired on a Ferrari 488 with Max in Sales at Cheltenham. Whist I didn't end up buying the car (at least not yet!), Max was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. When I viewed the car, there was no pressure at all from Max, just a genuine enthusiasm for cars and the customer experience. My follow up questions were researched and answered openly and honestly by Max, and every piece of available information was shared with me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Max at HR Owen to anyone looking for an open, transparent and genuine car buying experience.

I’m a little late leaving a review but so apologies, the service received from HR Owen Hatfield was exceptional, Stuart looked after me from the beginning all the way through and when i went I went to collect my car he did a full site tour with my son and and I, we weren’t rushed at all and nothing was too much trouble for any of the team, it was a brilliant experience and I would think twice before going elsewhere because of the curtesy we were shown, this is one of my very rare reviews because they deserve it, brilliant experience.

Firstly, car park full of vehicles nowhere for customers to park
On arrival in showroom greeted by a receptionist and told where to go to look for a Bentley four-wheel-drive
Nobody approached us or offered any help for over 20 minutes.

Just called them about a used Ferrari and the guy on the end of the phone was so rude,yoiu can see damage in the pictures very clearly but he swore it was dirt,then i asked if the leather on the top of the dashboard was lifting as seen in the pictures he said yes it was bubbling so i asked this 'Ferrari' main dealer if they would be fixing it he just said 'the cars 10 years old so no'this is supposed to be Ferrari approved dealer and the car is just under 100k,i just found the attitude unbelievable.
I will never call this dealer again

My Customer Service journey with HR Owen Specialist Cars Cheltenham, was nothing other than exceptional.
Marcus was friendly, polite and professional, patiently answering all my queries, and even going as far as to ensure the vehicle was suitable for me. No pressure, or sales talk rubbish, just a genuine, good, honest salesman.
Collection day with Howard was quite an occasion and the reveal when the black cover was slowly withdrawn made one feel special.
I have no doubt that I will be a returning customer and I highly recommend HR Owen Specialist Cast Cheltenham.

Up to now have been disappointed with Lotus Hatfield due to poor service and general attitude.
Took Eletre in today after only booking in four days ago and what a difference. Customer service has improved 100% and I’ve never met such a knowledgable technician, he instantly knew the problem and they sorted out a nice loan car.
Well done Lotus Hatfield. You obviously took note of the complaints and acted on them.
