HSL Chairs - Henley in Arden Opiniões 

I went with my parents to the Henley in Arden shop, the ladies in there were wonderful. As soon as we got in the shop we were offered a cup of tea and a biscuit, which was lovely welcoming gesture! We started off in the Ercol chairs and then progressed through all of the designs petite for Mum, standard for me and Grand for Dad. We must have in the shop for 2-2.5 hours and were made to feel so welcome. They didn’t try to rush us, they wanted us to be sure of what my parents were buying and were happy with the purchase! They arrived earlier than expected and the delivery men were polite, professional and respectful when moving around the house (wiping feet) can’t fault them.

We visited the Henley in Arden shop last Saturday to look at riser recliner chairs. We were very impressed with the selection of chairs and also the different sizes available to try. Tracy was very thorough in talking us through the options and showing us the fabrics available. We ordered a chair and a 2seater sofa and cannot wait for delivery.
Altogether a very pleasant experience and no selling pressure which was nice.

Purchased from Henley in Arden both Magda & Elaine were super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They helped to navigate a challenging task of purchasing a chair for my
Mum who was still in hospital. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Quick delivery and fabulous service all round

Magdelena in the Showroom was very helpful and knowledgeable about the ranges and the options available. I was able to ascertain what I wanted easily.
I was in the store on Saturday afternoon and had the call regarding the delivery first thing on Monday morning with the actual delivery on the Tuesday. Very efficient i'd say!!

Excellent service from beginning to end, would 110%recommend. Customer service very helpful, efficient and polite. Alex and Wayne who delivered our chair arrived when they said, no waiting around, very tidy and made sure we were totally satisfied before they left. 👍

Saleswomen Magda was brilliant, never rushed us and kept coming up with information.

Magdalena was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products she was selling. She has a very pleasant manner and listened to what I wanted which meant that the 3 piece suite I purchased was correct.

We wanted a suite with a two seater reclining sofa and two chairs for the lounge in our small cottage. We were welcomed by Tracy and Magda who listened to what we wanted. We were offered refreshments and given lots of advise and help. A reclining sofa will always be heavy because of the mechanics but they sorted us with a beautiful sofa that the vacuum will fit underneath. Two chairs were chosen and the fabric for all pieces. We must have spent an hour with them. Nothing was too much trouble for these lovely ladies. A small shop wih high quality furniture and excellent service. A good discount in their sale too. Thank you.

The ladies I dealt with at HSL Henley in Arden were all first class and I cannot not recommend them highly enough. The service I received was first class from the moment I walked into the shop, until the moment my sofa was in my home. It is a first class sofa with great after sales service & I cannot thank them enough. Would I recommend buying anything from them, YES I would, and count myself very lucky for having come across this company by chance at the North Cornwall show. Keep up the great work and thank you so much for my bargain sofa.

Both ladies who attended us were very pleasant and helpful. Everything we wanted to know they were both knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased two armchairs from the store in Henley in Arden. Can’t wait for them to arrive. This is our 2nd purchase from HSL we have 2 settees in our front room which we cannot fault.

Excellent service throughout by cheerfully polite people. The chair and settee were demonstrated well and when mine arrived they were exactly what I expected. The quality is excellent and my back pain has improved already.
