Fabulous service from the ladies at showroom in Henley in Arden who really looked after my mum while we were choosing her chair to the delivery guys Ian and Paul who brought and set it up. Would highly recommend this company.

We visited Henley in Arden store and…
We visited Henley in Arden store and met with Kim, Dawn and Magde. All three were very friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Very helpful with no pressure to buy. Very grateful for their help and advice and pleased my HSL suite will be made in England.

All staff fantastic and nothing too much of a problem
The ladies in the Henley in arden shop were lovely and very helpful. Ian and Paul who delivered our chair were friendly and professional and our beautful chair is now positioned in our lounge. Thank you to all who made this all so easy and uncomplicated.

Our store guide, Magdalena, was an excellent help to us. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the chairs we were considering and helped us make a happy choice. It was a very pleasurable shopping experience.

Visited the Henley in Arden shop on Sunday and got great service from Dawn and Magda. Very friendly and professional- they had great knowledge of the range and guided us to the right riser/recliner chair for my Mother. Can’t wait for it to be delivered now!!
