We still only employ furniture makers with the experience, skill and commitment to manufacturing the highest quality products. That’s why we are confident to cover a large number of our furniture ranges with a 25-year frame guarantee. In addition, all electrically adjustable chairs have a 5 year guarantee covering mechanical fault on the motor and handset.

We visited HSL Guiseley today

We visited HSL Guiseley today - John looked after us and was lovely. He listened to everything we wanted, made suggestions and offered advice, and a cup of tea and a sit down. He wasn’t pushy with any upsell and my mum is very happy with her purchase. Thanks

The chair fitting service with great precision.

The company offers an exclusive chair fitting service which focuses on seven key points, and is outstanding in being evaluated and approved by an Occupational Therapist. Thereby, it ensures that the customer gets the precise size and fit, resulting in ultimate comfort. Such a delight that the products are handcrafted in Yorkshire, with a variety of features and a vast range of quality fabrics. Everything was explained really well. There was no pressure, and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent friendly service with an abundance of help and patience. Tea/coffee and biscuits was an added bonus.

Impartial advice and excellent service.

Visited Guiseley 12/02 and having received expert advice from Polly (no pressure) ordered two chairs. Fantastic delivery / installation by Alex and Michael 31/3, providing a full explanation of the product. Delighted.

Great Assest

Two young men Alex and Michal brought in a new chair I had ordered. I’m giving them 5 stars because they’re a great asset to your company because they were polite, knowledgeable, had a little joke with me and it made the whole experience enjoyable. When they went I felt a very happy person.

Friendly & Helpful staff

Friendly & Helpful staff. Felt the advice was appropriate that was given regarding which chair was the best option, for the needs of an elderly gentleman with limited mobility.
No pressure regarding purchase.
Both Sue & Michelle gave excellent customer service.

From the moment we walked in to the…

From the moment we walked in to the Guiseley store we felt welcomed but not pressured they listened to our needs and showed us many styles and fitted my Mum to the best chair for her mobility needs would highly reccomend would like to give Susan from Guisely store a special shout out assited by Richard
