Informed of early visit and contacted re time of delivery. Very helpful and kind delivery man Alex Shane. Chair placed in situ and extra arm covers put in place. Necessary paper work left.

Excellent service the chair arrived sooner than we expected. Communication from staff was great. The delivery men Ian and Paul were great, very helpful and took all the packaging away. Great service 👏

Very knowledgeable staff who were helpful and not in your face to push a purchase. The member of staff we dealt with was new and learning but she was kind and professional and the whole experience was positive. All shopping experiences should be like this when looking to buy a big purchase.
