I've placed two orders with Hudson Home and both were faulty items. The first some white ceramic house ornaments that arrived with yellow goop all over them and the second a wooden platter that instead of being flat was made from two pieces of wood stuck together, one being an inch higher than the other! The customer service, however, was excellent and responded almost immediately and there was no issue with returning the items. I don't think I will purchase from Hudson Home again after having had two quality control issues in a row.

If you’re after a beautiful shiny traditional mill, then this is it. It's study & grinds salt perfectly. I wish it had more of an aged look, hoping that will come in time but if it doesn't, I’ll still be happy with it.

Bought a lovely ceramic oil bottle and the stopper wasn't fitting quite right. Had a lovely friendly email back and they sent out a new stopper which fits perfectly.

Delivery and Quality of items were great.

The quality of the furniture is excellent.
Options for delivery were very poor. Only basic delivery selectable which meant a 65kg chest of drawers being delivered to the hall, still needing to go upstairs. Company that delivered said they do offer a to room option but this is not available via Hudson.
Would like the option to select a delivery that got the item to the room intended, especially given the size.
(Edited) Improved score due to furniture quality. 1 lost star due to lack of delivery options. Quick response from Hudson saying they will look into offering this in the future.
