I ordered a battery candle in the sale to replace one I had bought in a bulk order a few years ago that stopped working. The candle wick on the new candle was faulty and understandably was asked to send a photograph and was then asked to repackage the product and send it back for a refund. It cost less than £10 so was not worth the bother to take it to a post office to return it for a refund less than £10 which would not include the additional £5 p&p already paid. Having already spent a couple of hundred with the company a few years ago I guess I expected better customer service.

There was a small problem with my order the arm of the pepper mill wouldn’t fit so I had to file it down with a metal file. They are beautiful. I have had my eye on them for a while

My second faux stems from Hudson home and they are just as beautiful as the first. Prompt delivery and very well packaged. My favourite place to shop faux stems and flowers, highly recommend.

Great faux foliage and well packed, very quick delivery. The actual foliage was good quality and attractive, looks quite natural.
