Trash. They claim fast shipping and it took 20 days. They try to disguise the fact that they are shipped from china by repackaging them when they arrive in California. They were sent in a padded envelope, so the back of the heels was all crushed. A dent in the toe of one of the shoes. The color was a completely different red than in the picture. The toe was a different shape than the picture. The stitching on the instep was cut poorly so that the white inside of the fabric was visible. They tacked on a “shipping protection” charge after I ordered, which I did not authorize. I’m sure their “30 day hassle free” returns are going to turn out to be a hassle and I’m sure they will offer me a partial refund and to keep the shoes. Which I have no desire to do. I can get better quality shoes at Walmart.
EDIT: their “30 day, no questions asked, hassle-free return policy” is literally a lie. They asked questions, kept giving me the run around and offering alternatives, and wanted me to return them to china instead of CA (which is the origin of the shipping label that was on the package when it arrived to me).

Don't waste your money on cheap china goods with no option to return or get a refund.
Let's bullet point the let downs here:
1. The order took 1 month to arrive
2. When it did arrive I had 3 pairs of shoes crammed in a bag, no boxes, so all the shoes were squashed out of shape
3. The overwhelming smell of plastic and chemicals when the bags were opened was unreal!
4. 1 pair of shoes sent in the wrong size
5. Another pair has glue stains on
6. The 3rd pair were so horribly plastic, too small (not to size) and damaged from arriving in a bag
7. This $252 order for 3 pairs of shoes I can't wear due to damage and size, I was offered as a good will gesture a 20% refund and to keep the item. I will not be wearing them.
8. Or I could return them and cover all the costs for there mistakes. No thanks.

I will be opening a dispute. Cheap shoddy goods direct from china.

I was offered a partial refund of 25% and found it to be a fair and good solution. The communication was clear and everything was handled properly.

accidentally ordered the wrong size the customer service were quick to fix my mistake really thankful and happy, would recommend!

I really liked the service they provided. There was a slight issue with delivery but their customer support team did a great job solving the issue. I would definitely shop with Hudson Ridge again!
