Great experience so far - quick and simple employee recognition

We recently rolled out Huggg to our managers across the business and the feedback from both managers and employees has been really positive so far. The platform is easy to use and is a great way to offer those 'little and often' rewards for all of the hard work our employees do. The fact that rewards can be emailed or sent via SMS works especially well for our business where employees are out on the floor and not at a desk during their day to day.

Our experience with Lewis at Huggg has also been fantastic. Lewis has been friendly and helpful throughout the process of launching this new platform and always on hand to answer questions. We especially appreciated that Lewis wasn't overly pushy and allowed us the time to get this right before rolling it out to our business.

Overall, a great experience so far!

Great platform with outstanding…

Great platform with outstanding support—better than ever
I’ve been a long-time advocate of the Huggg platform, having used it in a previous organisation over five years ago. Coming back to it now, I’ve been really impressed with just how much it has improved.
The onboarding process this time around was incredibly smooth and efficient—we were fully set up and ready to go in less than a week. The team’s support has been invaluable throughout, making everything seamless from start to finish.
We’re particularly excited about the positive impact Huggg will help us deliver, especially in supporting our vulnerable clients through cash payments.
Highly recommended.

I received excellent support from the…

I received excellent support from the Huggg customer service team, particularly Jasmine. I had ordered a chocolate bar from Hotel Chocolat, which unfortunately was delivered on one of the hottest days of the year. As a result, the chocolate arrived completely melted — more like a drink than a bar.
I contacted Huggg customer services, and Jasmine responded promptly. She gathered all the necessary information and advised that she would liaise with Hotel Chocolat to resolve the issue.
True to her word, within a few days I received a replacement chocolate bar. I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism shown throughout the process.
Thank you to Jasmine and the team for the excellent service.

Exceptional experience from day one!

Our experience bringing Huggg into the organisation has been fantastic from start to finish. The process was incredibly easy, with excellent communication from the Huggg team throughout. Regular check‑ins, fast responses, and genuine support made everything simple, even with the extra requirements we have as a more regulated organisation. The rollout resources, guides and templates were brilliant and made launching Huggg across the whole business straightforward.

The response from colleagues has been overwhelmingly positive. The platform is intuitive, quick to set up, and offers a great range of gifting options and seeing colleagues’ real reactions when receiving gifts has been a real highlight.

The team are highly responsive to feedback and clearly work closely with their development teams, often having already thought of improvements before you even mention them.

The only thing I’d love to see in future is more detailed analytics within the platform, such as sub‑team spend and ordering insights. That said, considering the platform is free to use, the functionality and value you get without paying extra is amazing.

We’re absolutely delighted with Huggg and would highly recommend it.

Made our processes and saved time!

Marie and the Team have made our Grant Distribution Process so much easier with Huggg. Prior to Huggg we found the process very manual, now with Huggg we can distribute quicker and with all the recording tools they have its easy to see if someone has redeemed a voucher. Marie and the team are always enhancing the platform, taking our feedback and new ideas onboard and coming out with new bundles, packages that help our service users

I’ve just started using Huggg to send…

I’ve just started using Huggg to send out gifts to our staff and it’s honestly been a breath of fresh air. I was looking for something that would be quick and easy, and this was perfect. The best part for us is the flexibility. I love that our staff get to pick what they want rather than me having to guess.

Their support team is excellent. I had a few questions at the start and they were incredibly responsive and helpful, which feels rare these days! Definitely recommend if you want to take the hassle out of company gifting.

super easy and quick!!

super easy and quick way to send christmas gift vouchers to our whole team. My favourite thing (despite it being easy!) was actually seeing all the lovely notes back from the team thanking us for the gift, it was so lovely and a great touch!

Great platform - easy to use

Great platform, very easy to use and the service from Lewis and the customer support rep was great. Having used a few similar platforms in the past, Huggg is really frictionless and doesn't get in the way. The product catalogue growing as well which is great

A pleasure

Bought 1400 vouchers for staff Christmas gift. A pleasure to deal with. Highly attentive service, and very easy to set up from both an admin , and user experience perspective. Huge range of retail partners, minimal clicks, no fuss. Would use again.

Apppalling customer service - Avoid unless you want your client's to be screwed over

Apppalling customer service. I received a christmas gift from a comany we have a contract with. Ordered this gift via Huggg. This order was subsequently despatched (by a third party on Huggg's behalf) however the courier company lied about delvery then subsequently decalred the parcel lost. I recieved no communication about this from the courier, the third party or Huggg. Tried contacting both courier and third party (no response) so contacted Huggg. Had a response from Huggg (Jasmine) to let me know that they would chase and keep me informed. 5 days later i get an email from Huggs support saying all wrapped up, effectively closing the ticket. So much for the chasing this and keeping me informed hey? Thanks Jasmine

My take away... Huggg are not really poeple who are bothered about the recipients of the gift...

I shall be letting our contract colleagues know as I am sure they will be sad to see their customers being let down.

We hear your frustration, and we’re genuinely sorry for letting you down. It’s incredibly disappointing to receive an automated "wrapped up" email when you’re still waiting for a resolution.

While we were chasing the supplier behind the scenes, the delay during the holidays triggered the automation message in error, and we completely understand why that felt like we weren't bothered. That is never our intention.

We’re glad we could connect and get a replacement on its way to you, but we know the experience leading up to it should have been much better. Thank you for your patience while we put things right. Simple, Quick, and Easy Voucher Gifting

Used Huggg for the first time this week to send vouchers to staff, and it’s been super easy to use. The process is really straightforward - sending the vouchers was quick and hassle-free. Also really like that staff can choose the retailer for their voucher.
The team at Huggg are great — really responsive and they have been super helpful!
Huggg is a great solution for sending vouchers and gifting, and I 100% recommend!

Excellent way to give colleagues a little thank you.

After struggling to find a colleague gifting platform through Google alone, I explained what I was looking for to ChatGPT and it recommended Huggg. Best advice Chat has ever given me! We've since used the platform to give all our colleagues a little pick me up on Employee Appreciation Day, we use it for all of our recognition scheme prizes, and we're planning something for Christmas too. Our colleagues love it, and it's super easy to use. The support I have received has been fantastic from start to finish.
