I booked a taxi from Makkah to Madinah a coaster actually for myself and my family. Our flight was late but the driver waited for us for free and gave us a really safe drive. We booked a Staria Van for our family transfer from Jeddah Airport straight to our hotel in Makkah, Makkah to Medina then Medina to Makkah and Last Sector MAKKAH to Jeddah. The driver was waiting at arrivals with a sign before we even cleared customs. The vehicle was pristine, cold air conditioning on point, and the ride was so smooth my elderly parents slept the entire way. Pure peace of mind after a long flight

Alhamdulillah I was blessed by Allah Almighty and performed Umrah along with my family during November 2025. Hujjaj Umrah Taxi provided us transport services for pick and drop from Jeddah airport to hotel in Makkah and then to Madinah including Ziyarats in both holy cities. I very much appreciate the service we were provided which was Excellent. Their Manager Zain Muhammad and drivers Muhammad Hamza and Abu Sanan Zakir Yousafzai were friendly and well behaved. They arrived to pick us well before the given time. While going to Ziyarats they explained us about various historical holy places. I would strongly recommend to our brothers/sisters going to Saudi Arabia for Umrah/visit to consider using the Hujjaj Umrah Taxi services.

Not Reliable. Bought a package for convenience, Airport to Medina, Medina to Makkah, Makkah to Jeddah. But I really just needed Medina to Makkah. That drive was very uncomfortable. They sent me a van, I dont like vans. They said it was new, but looked very dated, with upholstery. I did not like the driver. My father is 76, and this was the first driver that coudlnt open and close a door for him. I had 12 drivers on this trip, as it was an extended trip. Then from Makkah to Jeddah, I was assigned a driver 2 hours before leaving at 2:30am. Driver didnt even know I was leaving that night. Then he didnt know how to get to the Hajj Terminal. We arrived in 2 hours, which is way longer than it should take. Pretty bad service overall. WhatsApp booking agent seemed completely indifferent. I guess once you have a number of good reviews, you stop caring. I woudl not recommend when there are other options, who communicate better.

Hujjaj Umrah Taxi made our experience for 13 travellers from Jeddah to Mecca, Mecca to Madinah, a 2 hour Madinah tour. back to Madinah airport seamless. They were always responsive on WhatsApp, always on time, very budget friendly, and the drivers were so friendly and humble. They were always willing to accommodate last minute changes/requests if possible and went out of their way to make our travel experience pleasant.
