Muhabiya transport is highly not recommended umrah guides tour guides and driver also demand tips and not cooperative inexperienced try not molest me during Umrah driver name bilal khan trying touch my thigh and Umrah guide zulqurnain forcing me too distribution of food in haram he demanded 2000 riyals for that and maybe of company Khurram shehzad come to my hotel contact me and forcing come to the hotel lobby trying to seduced me trying too molest me after that when i going for prayer following me every where when he saw i am asking help from security he disappear its very shameful experience for me I don't know who there doing this kinds of things in the holy places if any body going for Umrah and Hajj please find an other company they spoiled my whole trip

After thoroughly checking our booking and passenger records, we have found no booking, reservation, or customer record matching the details provided in this review, and we have no information or evidence to support the events or allegations described. We have also found no record of any passenger reporting such an incident to our management. Given the complete absence of any identifiable booking or supporting evidence, we have serious concerns about the authenticity of this review and believe it to be a fabricated and misleading review that does not relate to a genuine Muhabiya Transport customer or journey. We take allegations of this nature extremely seriously and would never tolerate inappropriate or disrespectful conduct towards any passenger. Highly Professional Services
They were highly professional throughout our whole journey. We booked our package from an agent and Muhabiya was our transport service provide.
I just wanted to tell that their services are exceptional and quite impressive. The drivers were knowledgeable, professional and skilled. They also provided us both Makkah and Madinah tours and nothing was rushed and everything was explained as expected.
I would highly recommend using their services as they are best options for persons either if you are traveling with friends and family or alone.

I had a great Umrah guide, Saoud Ashraf. He explained each process of the Umrah, and made sure to recite each dua clearly and did not mind repeating himself. Overall very calming experience.

The communication from the booking…
The communication from the booking office was excellent, the drivers showed up before time and communicated very well and drove extremely well, I used the GMC in all my transfers and it was in good condition and clean.

Excellent transport company Makkah and madina
I had an excellent experience using this transport company for all of my hotel transfers in Makkah and Madinah. The service was outstanding from start to finish.
The drivers were extremely professional, courteous and reliable, and communication throughout was brilliant. Every driver arrived promptly and the timings were always spot on, making every transfer smooth, comfortable and completely stress-free.
What made the experience even more special was the thoughtful gesture from the team — they even brought me a beautiful bunch of flowers to congratulate me on completing my Umrah. Such a kind and unexpected gesture that genuinely meant so much to me and showed how much they care about their customers.
I genuinely cannot fault the service. It was reassuring to know that every journey was handled so professionally, especially during such a special and important trip.
