Apart from Noelle seeing tremendous time-savings with the Hunch advanced localized campaigns, more than 150 local ads were produced with multiple creative variations. Using an automated approach to campaign creation, Noelle saved a ton of time and resources.

With Hunch we managed to make over 2000 ads automatically just by creating a template in Hunch Studio. It is amazing how it can automatically remove background from product images and place them in ads.

Hi everyone who read this review. My name is Bojan Pavlovic and I work as E-commerce Manager in Tref Sport url is trefsport.com. Tref Sport is general representative of brands ASICS, ASICC TIGER, ONITSUKA TIGER, DESCENTE, MIKASA and many more famous brands, for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia, Albania, and Montenegro. We also have retail chains in these countries. We started using Hunch ADS on February 13, 2020 and since then we have the following results:

1. Globally, we increased conversions by 27,9%
2. Increased conversions on Social Network by 80,5% and we have reduced the cost per conversion by 62,8%

In a very short time we managed to analyze where our customers the most fall in the funnel.

For companies like Tref Sport it is very important that we also advertise retail stores on social networks and increase the visit to the store itself as well as the products that the store itself has in stock.
But because of the corona virus (covid-19) we closed most of the stores and we also paused campaigns to increase store visit until stores opened and consumer danger passed so I don't have an official metric to back up my claims because the campaigns worked for a full 3 days so they didn't have enough time to complete the learning phase.

Customer support is always available when we need it and so far it has not happened that we have not resolved the request within a few hours.

Globally this is a great application and I believe we can achieve even better results in the future and my recommendation is to anyone who is in e-commerce and wants to dominate social networks in the target market.
