Great customer service & speedy installation

The Exhaust tips I ordered arrived extremly well package and the tips themselves were of excellent quailty - however there fitment wasnt as straight forward as portrayed on the 'fitment' video.

I was looking at roof mounted LED bars for the dark/snowy winters in Sweden and am very happy that I choose the HP slimline roof light pod kit. Despite Brexit and customs etc, shipping to The Netherlands was unbelievably fast and the kit was packaged very well. The install was straightforward, just follow the fitting video for the larger pod kit. The wiring is somewhat different but after contacting HP, I was sent a new instruction video that was very helpful (will be posted soon by HP). The lights are very bright and I am looking forward to deploy them this winter to avoid the elk and reindeer on the road during the night!

Hunters makes nice products, unfortunately the communication with their team doesn't match. I ordered a bunch of parts from them for my Defender. When the shop tried to install their US fender arches we found that the reflector plugs did not match up. I contacted Hunters and they eventually realized that they made a manufacturing error on these and pulled them from their site.

While they were communicative and did cover the labor to remove the defective ones and put the new ones on, they accused me of lying about what had happened (I have nothing to gain from this) and wouldn't do anything to account for the 3 weeks I was without a car due to their manufacturing error.

They were also rude on email to the shop we were working with and overall just don't feel like they prioritize the customer.

Just purchased side bars for Defender 110. Very pleased with quality and followed YouTube instruction video which was very informative.

I took my completely standard defender for the full black pack and most external mods. The car was done in around 3 hours which is crazy because it would have probably took me 3 weeks to fit everything myself around work. The full kit was fitted with great precision and the team were Absolutley amazing when I arrived showing all the different options. These guys have to be the best defender modifiers without a doubt. Not only that, they did me a Nice discount on some extra bits that I chose to add on the day. Thanks guys 10/10 I can’t believe it’s the same car, looks brand new now!
