Had borught a racket from another website, which I didn't get on with.... It was causing too much elbow pain and thought that I had simply wasted my money on a racket that I couldn't use, as I obviouly hadn't done enough due dillegence.... then found Ultimate Padel Trade-in !
Through their Trade-in offer I was able to minimise the loss and get credit on a new more comfort friendly racket.
It was quick and after providing a few simple photos of the racket, an offer was made.
The racket was sent to Ultimate Padel (Via Royal Mail - tracked) and whilst I rated my racket as being in fair condition, they reassessed the conition and actually upgraded the condition to Good.
Resulting in a higher offer!! which meant more money/credit towards my replacement racket.
Could not believe how honest and upfront they were.
Used the credit and ordered my racket before 3pm on a Friday and the new racket was delivered by 1pm on Saturday....
Brilliant service and cost of the new racket was comparible to other websites, will definitely be my go-to place for future padel equipment.

Ordered two padel rackets and was thoroughly impressed. Delivery was incredibly fast-next working day by Royal Mail, and the attention to detail really stood out: both rackets arrived boxed individually for maximum protection, and they even included a small pack of sweets as a nice surprise. Quality gear, careful handling, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again!

Easy to book the court, the facilities are great and the guy on reception was very welcoming and helpful.
