Excellent Customer Service
Hurleys went out of their way to get my order correct. I ordered the wrong size and they were so accommodating. Staff were very friendly. I will be definitely be using them again and recommending them.

Great price and service
I bought a Barbour coat from Hurleys. I’d originally spotted it on a different retailers website but they charged excessive delivery fees even when spending a lot of money! Hurleys was the same price but with free delivery so they got my business. It was sent very quickly with Royal Mail. Thanks

Barbour gloves
I bought a pair of Barbour gloves online from here 1 year ago. I only started using them during this recent cold spell so hardly worn & yet they have developed holes in the leather. I contacted customer services who said that it is over the 1 year warranty so they cannot help. This makes me question if this company is selling authentic brands as this is certainly not what I would expect from a genuine Barbour product especially after such little wear. Very disappointing, I do not recommend them!

Lovely staff in the shop when we went to return an online order. All very efficient and no issues with then return either. Unfortunately did spend almost another £300 in their Outlet store 😂 so visiting may damage your bank balance

I’d never heard of this company so was a little unsure, but they exceeded my expectations and more.
Firstly the item was on sale which was bonus then I ordered which was a smooth transaction.
Received confirmation and before no time at all I got my lovely new slippers.
