Wrong item sent and no refund after return – very disappointing
I ordered size 6 under order #201235, but the company sent me size 7 instead.
I returned the incorrect item immediately. It has now been more than two weeks, and I still have not received my refund. I have contacted the company multiple times, and on some occasions, I didn’t even receive a reply.
At this point, I have neither the product nor my money. I returned the wrong item in good faith, and the lack of communication and delay in processing the refund has been extremely frustrating.
This order was meant to be a gift, and the whole experience turned into a complete disappointment. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

The delay occurred because the item was returned without a completed returns form or any information linking it to your order. While we do experience higher volumes of returns during the Christmas period, the absence of these details can sometimes cause delays in matching the item to the correct order.
We completely understand how disappointing this was, especially as it was intended as a gift, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and delay. Thank you for your patience, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us in the future.

Well laid out shop, pleasant lady behind the till in the outlet. Nice easy shopping experience. Reasonable priced items. Maybe more items in the cabinet at the till would be aesthetically appealing and entice it was a little bare.
